PART 1 INSTRUCTIONS
Students will submit a template as a first step in writing their Community Case Study. This template will
need to be developed in current APA Professional Paper format and should include the following:
Title Page (this should include detailed information – be sure to include the header)
Abstract (this should be developed) *page breaks should occur after the title page and after the end of the
abstract.
Body of paper headings, which should include (no specific content needed):
Introduction
Description of the Population
Identification of Need
Intervention Strategies
Resiliency Factors
Program or Coalition (you will only use one of these, but include both now)
Advocacy Program
Challenges and Barriers to Services
Conclusion
References (insert page break after the Conclusion heading)
Last Completed Projects
