Some extensive research on trainers who execute educational experiences in those areas ( cultural competence, diversity and inclusion). Not just include trainers who can deliver in-person training, but also those who can do it virtually. This means your research doesn’t have limitations based on a trainer’s location. Trainers must meet the criteria they describe so that every course we offer will be eligible for approval by the ASWB for continuing education credits.
Also get resources (academic research and credible web-based resources —links, videos, etc) what you think would be helpful for people to continue learning about cultural competence, diversity and inclusion, and equitable practices and organize it how you think it would best serve healthcare professionals (and possibly separately other professionals/ industries).
