I need a Statement of Purpose between 1000 to 1500 words. It’s for applying for foreign English teaching positions in Taiwan. Below is some paragraphs about me. Please expand to cover between 1000 to 1500 words.
*Studied kinesiology in university. Through this study, I’ve learned about human growth, motor development, anataomy & physiology, biomechanics, and exercise physiology. This study also covers aspects of education, such as psychology and human skills and motor development. Education is highly discussed throughout this study. It covers research in education efficiency and theories. Research shows that physical activity greatly enhances learning. Effective learning are also discussed, such as mnemonics and using creative thinking to learn new concepts in matter of lesser time and lesser stress as opposed to compuslive hours of brute memory that can strain learning over time.
*The first foreign language I learned was Japanese. Japan was also my first abroad experience. Since that experience I been highly eager to live abroad to grow to a whole new level.
*I had my first abroad career and residence in China in 2016. I have lived and worked there for 2 years, until 2018. I have gained much from my English teaching experience there. I got to experience how learners in a non-English speaking nation is entirely different than learners in an English speaking nation. During my first job there at {JOB #1} I taught a full age range from 3 years old to adults. I experienced the full spectrum of age ranges. My duties included 1on1 VIP teaching to adults and students studying abroad, parcipating in various shows displaying students’ English skills, and marketing events. During my second job at {Job #2} I went well beyond the scope of being a teacher by volunteering to assist and manage course curricula, manage proprietary teaching media such as songs, videos, games, and virtual books, managed basic IT and various equipment (such as electronic white boards) to ehance the learning environment, and provided training to other teachers and staff. This experience is truly invaluable .
*Upon returning to the US in late 2018 I began a full time work as an independent contractor for rideshare services. As a full time driver, I had daily opportunities to service individuals from various countries, various backgrounds, and various purpose of travel. Las Vegas is particularly a world-renowned tourist city, making it the ideal city to meet such various people with various purposes. Having such many conversations with many different people daily for 3 years has broaden my horizons and knowledge.
*I am now in Taiwan to once again experience living abroad and am now determined to settle here – and determined to share my broadened knowledge and passion. Looking forward to thriving forward and beyond.
