In the attachment, you will find the HR case study that you will use for this assignment. The case has multiple parts that highlight
and integrate the application of various human resource management topics and issues. Please read through the case and answer the questions at the end of each part.
You must follow these steps in your assignment:
Answer all the following 6 questions at the end of each part of this case study using your critical thinking and your Canadian HR knowledge. Most of your answers should be between 300-400 words for each question.
After answering all the questions for each part of the case study, write a 1-page (a maximum of 500-word) reflection in it briefly reflecting on your progress (strengths, weaknesses, and improvements) in order to gain insights leading to improvement and further develop your identities as learners (e.g., what do I know; what am I able to do; what do I still need to learn).
You must incorporate at least 4-6 peer-reviewed journal articles and additional high-quality secondary sources for this. Keep in mind your assignment should not exceed 8 pages in total.
You must use the questions as headlines for your paragraphs/answers.
