Be sure to include the following information in your plan:
Describe best practices for data democratization to enable a group of researchers to access needed, well-curated datasets (or raw data sources).
Assume that data democratization has been an issue in the past in this hypothetical use case. Explain how the data culture within an organization will be transformed to support data democratization initiatives.
Discuss the specific policies and procedures that will ensure that everyone has access to needed data. Include what existing barriers between data and stakeholders will be removed or watched for and what structure will be used to ensure that all stakeholders can access, understand, and use the data in their possession.
