in England. In 500 words, explain why the Continental Congress has just
issued the Declaration of Independence.
2. It is 1788, and you are a delegate to your state’s ratifying
convention. In 500 words, explain why you support ratification of the
new U.S. Constitution OR retention of the Articles of Confederation.
