Students will research an employment law and write a 3-4 page research paper focused on the following:
outlining the law,
its history and development,
reasons for the law,
what the law covers,
and its impact on Human Resource Management within the Recreation and Sport Industry.
APA format is required including a title page and reference page, however an abstract is not required.
The title page and reference page do not count towards the 3-4 written pages.
Minimum of 4 academic sources/references.
Assignment will be graded using the Assignment Rubric coupled with the criteria outlined below the laws.
