Who are we? How would you shape or choose a workplace culture to make it work for yourself and your stakeholders?

The main purpose of the individual assignment is for students to demonstrate that they can apply the body of knowledge gained from the course to create an integrative perspective on global management as it applies to the enterprise you are working for and the position you are currently working in.
The length of this paper should not exceed 1500 words. Your paper should address the following three questions:
– Who are we? How would you shape or choose a workplace culture to make it work for yourself and your stakeholders?
– Who am I? How would you adopt or choose a leadership style that would make it work for yourself and your stakeholders?
– What do you want to accomplish in your work journey?
In career interviews, a typical question that might be asked is “how do you see yourself in your career five years from now, ten years from now”.
This paper can be developed to become your script for answering this question.

!!! Because currently I’m a student, you can make up a career path for me in the finance field or management field to finish this assignment, or use my internship experience (working in an asset management company). I don’t have notes for this class, it’s all about the journey to C-Suite, I attached part of the syllabus.
