Please write a 4 page paper on the recent banking failures. Consider management failures, regulator monitoring failures, macroeconomic (Federal Reserve) impact. You might want to include your opinion on, a) what changes, if any, would you recommend in regulations, b) how this will this effect the banking industry, and c) how should the depositors, stockholders and management of these banks be treated. Please feel free to craft your paper in any direction based on your research. This will be a great topic to really dig into banking rules and the thoughts of pundits on the subject.
