Topic:
U.S. Treaties with Native Americans and how they are not just “quasi-constitutional” documents but also treated without regard to the canon of US law(s). The US, through court decisions, has unilaterally destroyed the sanctity of contract and treaty law, creating a hypocritical relationship with the Native Americans.
My focus point of the opinion is to show that the federal laws and policies go againest treaties with Native Americans and that this is un-Constitutional.
