Submit a research paper and reflection about the topic you picked in Week 1 and shared with your classmates through the discussion forum in Weeks 3, 4, and 5. Your paper should be eight to ten pages long, not including your title page and references. See the following guidelines for additional details.
1. Use APA formatting (title page, references page, citations, margins, etc.)
2. Your research paper should include the following (at a minimum):
Background on your topic
Major researchers/contributors
Overview of the topic – how does it influence organizations, leadership, management, etc.?
Major applications of your topic
References – at least three academic references in addition to the textbook (academic references should come from the Cleary Online Library).
3. Reflection – approximately one to two pages should be a personal reflection on your topic. Why did you pick the topic? What did you learn, and how will it impact you in the future? Will it change any of your own thoughts, perceptions, or behaviors in the workplace?
