Describe the pros and cons of having a multitude of policy-makers engaged in the public policy cycle.

You will respond to all six questions, three from each chapter and write a full paragraph for each question. Your response must go beyond general description, it must show your understanding of the question. A paragraph is a minimum of five full sentences and must be meaningful.

4. Select a current public problem. Analyze its dimensions (causation, nature and scope, tractability, and severity) and the difficulties it may present for policy-makers in finding a solution.
5. Identify and discuss several issues currently found on the national systemic and institutional agendas.
6. What are current, real-world examples of factors that helped get an issue onto the policy agenda?
