You are required to complete a formal research paper, which will be submitted in accordance with APA writing requirements of the 6th edition of the standard. The American Psychological Association (APA) style is widely accepted in the social sciences and other fields, such as education, and business. The APA citation format requires parenthetical citations within the text rather than end notes or footnotes.
Choose a subject from any topical issue in the textbook or a real-time HRM issue as long as it is related to compensation and benefits. Review the table of contents of your textbook to get some ideas for your choice of topics.Comply with the specified page length and number of authoritative resources required.

All students will prepare a formal topical paper in APA to discuss his or her chosen topic (same subject as MS PowerPoint) in much further detail. Do NOT use MLA format.
