Formulating a Professional Philosophy of Education

For this Assignment, you will reflect on how your own professional
philosophy of education has changed in the past weeks, incorporating
the knowledge and insights you have gained throughout this course. Compose a 2- to 3-page reflective essay that synthesizes your
thoughts on the following:

• How has your own professional philosophy of education
changed since engaging in the course?

• How might your philosophy of education and identity as a
teacher connect to how you want to effect positive social
change in your educational environment?

• How do you plan to grow as an advocate for your students and a leader in your school, community, and/or specialization?

Include specific references to the Learning Resources including
media and at least one outside source (see acceptable outside
sources in the MSED Documents area), as well as your own
professional experiences to support your thinking.
