For a previous assignment, I used the ingredient from Newfoundland cuisine called “Salt Beef”. I would like this to be the ingredient used as the focal topic. The link is to the google search about what “Newfoundland Salt Beef” is. https://www.google.com/search?q=salt+beef+newfoundland&sxsrf=ALeKk00d_90pwgmeGV-C0XmlTUT6BM9cJw%3A1629186499172&ei=w2kbYaaCCpSxtQb3-LPIBw&oq=salt+beefnew&gs_lcp=Cgdnd3Mtd2l6EAMYADIECAAQDTIGCAAQDRAeMgYIABANEB4yBggAEA0QHjIGCAAQDRAeMggIABAIEA0QHjIICAAQCBANEB4yCAgAEAgQDRAeMggIABAIEA0QHjIICAAQCBANEB46BwgjELADECc6BwgAEEcQsAM6CgguEMgDELADEEM6DQguEMgDELADEEMQiwM6BwgjELACECdKBQg4EgExSgQIQRgAUNEaWNAbYKQnaAFwAngAgAFkiAHyApIBAzMuMZgBAKABAcgBD7gBAsABAQ&sclient=gws-wiz
