Letter Assignment
For this assignment, you are to write a one-page professional letter. You may choose to write either an inquiry letter (ask questions to acquire information) or a claim letter (a polite, reasonable complaint).
Base your inquiry or claim letter on a real-life experience and your personal perspective as a student, consumer, parent, employee, etc. Please choose a topic with which you are familiar based on a previous or current experience or interest.
