Assignment Synopsis: You, the student, will make a poster on Piktochart.com applying the American Political Parties lesson/lecture material to your life.

Step #1: From the American Political Parties lecture slides, please obtain the following:
The definition of political parties.
The four functions of political parties.
The definition of political party platforms.

Step #2: Identify the main political party that you currently use to identify yourself. _DEMOCRAT/REPUBLICAN/LIBERTARIAN/GREEN/ETC._

Step #3: Go to https://www.isidewith.com/political-quiz and take the political party identification quiz found there. After the quiz, take a screenshot of your results for top matched political party.

Step #4: Go to your top match political parties’ website. From there, get the following:

Party Logo
Mission Statement
Party History
Name and Photo of the party chairman.
A link to the party’s platform and a plank from the platform that you found interesting.

Step #5: Now proceed to piktochart.com to make your infographic or presentation of the material you gathered in steps 1 to 4. (This is free!!!) A tutorial for how to make your infographic or presentation at pikotchart.com is found here: https://piktochart.com/piktochart-tutorials/
Your infographic or presentation should include the following:

A brief statement on why this party is your preferred choice.

The screenshots of your results.
Your in-depth opinion on whether your results were as expected before taking the quiz.
