The essay is supposed to demonstrate an ability to reflect critically on the link between the brain and
cognition. Thank you for your hard work and for saving me the time. I don’t know if you will need any of the class powerpoints but I was not able to find proper research regarding this particular subject, if by any means its easier for you to do an essay base on a different subject here are two other possibilities for an essay:

You can either do about the one that I choose, as I believe its most interesting or you can do about any of these last two subjects, as long as its well done and with the right references I am thankful.

You run a small community-based hospital and were awarded a 2 million dollar grant to start a program in the emergency room department. The program would address the influx of patients presenting with substance abuse disorders. Answer:
Who would you want on staff? What positions would you create? Why? What type of emergency care would you want in your emergency department? (examples could be: detoxification protocol? Medication-Assisted Treatment induction?) How would you educate your staff? What would be the strengths of this plan? What type of barriers would you anticipate? why would it be effective.

1. Identify 3 areas of your interpersonal communication that are effective and currently assisting in meeting your personal goals. 2. Next, select 2-3 topics discussed in class that you’re not currently demonstrating that most apply to your personal goals. To select these topics, you can review the class calendar, or look at the textbook. 3. After you have selected your topics, discuss how you’re currently deficient in these areas and what impact these deficiencies have on your relationships with others.
4. Finally, demonstrate how you are going to improve on each of your communication deficiencies. Be specific and use examples. In other words, rather than saying, “I will use the win-win model of conflict resolution”, cite a specific conflict and demonstrate step-by-step how you are going to achieve your goals.
This should be 3-4 pages in length. Times New Roman, 12 point font, double spaced, and use APA formatting for the organization.

Based on your reading of the textbook, Chapter 1 pages 3- 12, in particular, it is described that much of sexuality is influenced and shaped by popular culture, especially, the mass media. Popular culture presents us with countless images of what it is to be sexual.
Question 1: But, what kinds of sexuality does the media portray for our consumption? What messages does the media send about sexuality to children, adolescents, adults, and older people? To what extent do you think your peers are influenced by the media? How does it affect you? Please address these questions in your Discussion Post (Minimum 200 words).

Thank you for sharing such diverse opinions regarding the importance of organizational culture and climate when it comes to utilizing evidence-based practice (EBP) guidelines. What is evident is that in order to implement EBP in practice it takes more than just the nurse. While culture and climate are important, as a follow-up to the discussion this week I would like you to consider other stakeholders that would be essential to successful implementation of EBP.
