Substantial information (describes) but lacks either the insight or analysis.
Rich in content. Full of thought, insight, and analysis.

Provide a concise summary of all texts’ main arguments. I don’t expect you to necessarily understand all texts so it’s completely fine for you to be confused. In that case, try to paraphrase/explain passages you found most confusing.

(1) Provide a concise summary of all texts’ main arguments. I don’t expect you to necessarily understand all texts so it’s completely fine for you to be confused. In that case, try to paraphrase/explain passages you found most confusing.

(2) Then, by referencing particular passages and page numbers, reflect on the text. What did you find interesting? What did you find shocking or surprising? What did you dis/agree with and why? Try to explain your reactions, interest, shock, or surprise.

(3) Conclude by putting the texts in conversation with current events. It isn’t sufficient to simply say that the reading is related to the BLM protests or the issues surrounding COVID-10, for example. Assume all texts are at least tangentially related to these. Instead, identify specific passages in the texts in order to work through current events. How do the texts help explain something we’re living through? Or, on the contrary, do you find that current events are so different from the theoretical texts that we need to reconsider how relevant notions are changing?

Operations strategies

Regarding operations strategy, provide an analysis of how the three levels in an organization contribute. Your analysis should be thorough and include at least three examples, one for each level.
Your analysis should be a minimum of three (3) pages.

FPLS Standard 10 – school Discipline

This assignment begins in Module 2 “Fourth Amendment – Search and Seizure and Student
Discipline” and will be completed individually. The topic for this assignment is Student
Discipline, which will come from Chapters 7 and 8 of your text (Module 2) and your internship
activity or case study.
The internship activity/case study is to join a school principal as they process a student discipline
incident. Then, please interview the principal about the situation and how it related to school law
(i.e., search and seizure, student discipline). Please elicit the following information:
• the context, the situation, and the challenge(s) to be resolved (as they perceived them)
• options considered prior to making a decision regarding the incident
• the principal’s decision and rationale for the decision
• any follow-up actions needed
• how knowledge of specific school laws played into their decision
Please note strengths and make suggestions for improvement. In addition, consider whether the
discipline was equitable for race and gender.
• • M.A Candidates: Please SELECT (or design) a case study regarding student discipline.
Please analyze the case study using the criteria listed above (the context, situation,
challenge, options, decision and rationale, follow-up actions, how school laws played into the decision, and was the discipline equitable for race and gender).
After you complete the leadership activity, you will compose an individual paper regarding your analysis, inclusive of your internship/case study experiences. You will develop a paper connecting the following items into a cohesive essay: your internship/case study experience,
FPLS Standard 10, your textbook (THE LAW OF SCHOOLS, STUDENTS, AND TEACHERS6TH EDITION …..Chapters 7 and 8), and a minimum of four references,
including at least two peer-reviewed references. Your paper should be six to seven pages double

Shakespeare sonnets love versus lust

Corruptibility of time versus romantic love
Real beauty versus cliché beauty
Conventional gender roles versus flexibility
Love versus lust
Betrayal versus faithfulness
***Indicate the the option you selected.

Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word paper in which you analyze how this theme is treated in at least two of the sonnets. Select two sonnets that treat the theme differently.

Explain how the treatment of the theme helps shape each sonnet.

Support your views with evidence from the text.

Extended Proposal

As the next step toward your research paper, submit an extended proposal, which should include the following:
Tentative title for your essay
Thesis, an arguable statement which may change as your paper develops. For thesis tips, see FCTTA Chapter 6: “Developing an Argument of Your Own.”
Summary of your argument, which may repeat the explanations from your first proposal, may be an outline of your anticipated points/examples or may be an introduction that you’ve already started drafting
Annotated bibliography with at least five sources that you have already evaluated or that you plan to complete (e.g. if you’re going to interview someone, cite it as a personal interview
(Links to an external site.)
and note the questions you’ll ask). Here are instructions for formatting the bibliography and writing your annotations: What is an annotated bibliography?
download
Total of ~1000 words, including the annotated bibliography. The annotations, which should be about a paragraph each, will be the bulk of your word count.
Grading: This assignment is worth 10% of your course total. It is meant to be a step in the research process: to help you gather your thoughts and to show me how your argument is developing. If you complete each element, including accurate citations in your annotated bibliography, you’ll get full credit.
Reminders: The type of research will depend on your topic. Sources don’t have to be traditionally academic or “scholarly” if, for example, you’re analyzing popular media or public reactions to a current event. That said, MPC Library’s OneSearch
(Links to an external site.)
system and research databases
(Links to an external site.)
are great resources, especially if you hit a paywall or find a subscription-only publication while googling (see, for example, US Major Dailies
(Links to an external site.)
). You can also ask a librarian

for help.

, the Purdue OWL

and/or the MPC Library (e.g. works cited pages

).
Feedback: As usual, once I’ve graded your extended proposal, click “View Feedback
