Students have mentioned to me getting pay raises, bonuses, or promotions as a result. A few students were asked to present their ideas to the COO of the firm after they presented their ideas to their supervisor.Entrepreneurial Venture: When writing the business plan, the operating plan section describes the physical necessities of your business’ operation, such as your business’ physical location, facilities and equipment. Depending on what kind of business you’ll be operating, it may also include information about inventory requirements and suppliers, and a description of the manufacturing process.Keeping focused on the bottom line will help you organize this part of the business plan; think of the operating plan as an outline of the capital and expense requirements your business will need to operate from day to day.Professional and Personal Efficiency: Many individuals described how they were able to increase their output by more productive use of resources such as time, space, capital. Some individuals mentioned how they now develop Gantt charts or PERT approaches to plan tasks and projects. As an example use of PERT diagramming, students mentioned writing “to do” tasks to plan for a trip abroad or to prepare for final exam week; students would write their tasks to be done on small post-it notes and they move the post-it notes around to see PERT sequencing and what could be multitasked at the same time. Individuals have emailed me after the semester that they were able to increase the units that they were able to take in a semester and individuals mentioned that by multitasking activities for their career progress they were able to achieve their goals ahead of their original plans.

Cybersecurity and Healthcare Systems
Notes containted on the draft….
Review the ‘Analysis and Findings’ section of the thesis; reads too much like a research paper where literature is summarized vs. reading like analysis. Sections needs to be analysis.
Within the analysis and findings, a document review of healthcare information systems, past and potential terrorist actors, cyberattack methods, and cybersecutiy equipment protocols. As these specific areas are reviewed, analyze if and what vulnerabilites exist enabling healthcare information systems to become compromised warranting concern.

– Independent variables are economic impact, affects to/loss of privacy, and reputation to the healthcare industry/organization.
– Dependant variable is the impact of the threat on healthcare information systems.
– APA7 formatting, sources should be limited to those within the past 5-7 years (for revelance), and solely focused on healthcare information systems and threats experienced within the United States. Research Questions and Hypothesis
This activity is called Processfolio #1. It is a brainstorming activity with a focused outline to help develop research topics,
questions and ideas. You will brainstorm two potential topics that you are interested in conducting research on and reflect on them prior to making a decision about which you want to pursue. This is a milestone outline intended to develop sound ideas for a research proposal in the coming weeks. I already filled in my topics and some potential questions. But need
help filling in other areas on this outline such as:
“Review your essential questions, try to reframe 1-2 of them as a research question”, “Explain how your research question is
repeatable (I.e., not a onetime event), observable, testable, and specific (you may need to rework your research question here to make it more specific). “.Based on your research question identify your independent (X) and dependent (Y) variables and provide an operational definition for each”. “Form an expectation/prediction about how your independent variable will impact your
dependent variable.
Rephrase any questions in order to better formulate research questions and hypothesis. This outline does not require
citations or references. This activity does not need to be in apa paper format. Please use the uploaded outline as is to fill
in and answer questions.
the politics of portraiture
Vinson Cunningham has covered African American art and portraiture in The New Yorker for many years. Notably, his 2016 essay on the African American Museum in DC and more recent article on “radical” portraits both take up the question of the role of art and its preservation in the arena of politics and cultural negotiation. (Both of these are attached below for you to read, although “How Radical Can a Portrait Be?” is the only required one for this discussion board.) He forces us to consider the sometimes problematic intersections found among collective memorialization, historical narrative, aesthetic representation, and, perhaps the most important for any living artist, audience reception.
Consider for example this excerpt where he writes, “I found myself excited to learn that Hendricks preferred to steer his discussion of the work away from politics and toward technique. The world’s complications were obvious enough. Painting, however infected by the news, was its own reward, and people justified their presence on his canvases not as instruments or agitprop but as agents of unlikely continuity with the past.”
After reading and thinking on these points, I’d like you to do the following in your response: 1. Address Cunningham’s reflections re: portraiture, politics, and art generally; 2. Go to the National Portrait Gallery website (https://npg.si.edu/portraits) and choose a portrait; 3. Either attach or embed the image to your response OR copy/paste the URL to its page on the NPG website; 4. Write 4-5 sentences expressing your thoughts about the portrait’s politics. Draw on Cunningham when/where necessary, but broadly, you might consider things like: what colors are used? is it realistic or more abstract/interpretative? is the figure standing, sitting, in action? are there objects included? is the figure in profile or looking straight on? etc.
