Grading rubric:
Both types of reports must contain the following:
1 point: A complete recipe for making a fermented food.
2 points: An accurate description of the microorganism(s) involved including the full name (genus, species, and strain (if known and relevant)).
2 points: The biological and ecological facets of the microorganism(s) involved such as natural habitats or reservoirs (humans, soil, etc.), growth and nutrient requirements, and other biological and genetic features.
2 points: Required enzymatic or other features of those microbes needed for making fermented foods
3 points: Steps in the recipe important for determining the microbiological (and therefore sensory and safety) attributes of that food.
3 points: Correct spelling (and pronunciation), grammar, and microbial nomenclature (including italics). Additionally, for the video: correct pronunciation, audio clarity, and conversational style.
2 points: Citations in the report, including at the appropriate location in the text and with the full citation in the References section at the end. The news article(s) and all resources used should be cited.
1 point will be deducted for each day (24 h) that the report is turned in late.
Reports that do not cover a fermented food or beverage will receive an automatic deduction of 3 points. Ask if you are unsure whether the recipe is relevant!
Outstanding reports will receive up to 2 points of extra credit.Grading rubric:

Final Conceptualization and Application, Part II

Assignment 3: Final Conceptualization and Application, PART II
(30 points, 20% of grade)
The purpose of this assignment is to enhance students’ understanding of the intersection of mental health, substance use, and trauma as it is experienced by individuals, and to encourage students to consider the challenges, theoretical frameworks, clinical decision making, systems-level policy, or other aspects of service delivery exemplified by accounts offered and course content.
Students will examine the following question in relationship to their social work practice and responsibilities during the entirety of the course and provide a final response in week 10:
Why and how do people recover from difficulties related to mental health, substance use, and trauma?
Assignment requirement:
A clear argument or position regarding Why and how do people recover from difficulties related to mental health, substance use, and trauma?
Students are required to use Roth’s book, Insane: America’s Criminal Treatment of Mental Illness
4-6 additional resources of information to support their response including: relevant literature, empirical research, books, videos, and relevant practice experience may also be included.
For full credit, at least 2-3 resources will be readings not assigned per course content.
Draw upon and incorporate course content: reading, class discussion or lectures
Essays will be, maximum, 6 pages double spaced, APA style (including cover page and references). “I” statements are appropriate when writing about professional or personal experiences.
Students will submit their final response, conceptualization, having attended to all requirements, feedback and guidance provided in part I.
Students are encouraged (not required) to draw upon professional clinical experiences, and personal history (as appropriate). If incorporating past or current practice experience, please be sure to protect client confidentiality by using pseudonyms and disguising any information that may identify clients. In writing about these experiences please use “I” statements in the final essay.
Student essays will be a critical response to the text, course content, and both personal and professional values as defined by their conceptualization of practice in context of client treatment and support. I think this section confuses students, is it needed? or does it need to be revised?
Students may prepare the essay in a style of individual preference and creative freedom. This means students will create the lens and the approach they take to answering the assignment question.
The analysis should a) describe the utility of texts and readings for broadening one’s knowledge about the experience of people affected by concerns related to mental health, substance use, and trauma;
b) explore the ways in which course material and topics intersect with issues raised in readings; and
c) provide understanding as to one’s personal and professional identities, values, and biases.
Students may choose to focus on a specific issue or person or to highlight several issues that are of particular interest and help not only influence clinical “style” but meaning to their practice.

south africa and belt road initiative

Main Question: How is South Africa impacted by the road and belt initiative ?
Is the road and belt initiative increases economic growth or only the debt?

Also really make sure you intergrate the presentation and the paper in the course context regarding neoliberal globalisation.

What I need is slide presentation (max 5 slides with images), and the presentation that should last about 5min.

Transgenerational Theory

Transgenerational theory explores how families communicate across generations. Counselors can learn much about families, their culture, and how inter-generational members interact with one another. How might you utilize this theory as a family therapist?

Preliminary Research essay

1- This assignment consists of two parts that will be included in the one file labelled. The essay should include an Abstract( a basic plan for the research paper entitled. The next part is Annotated Bibliography ( a list of the proposed research).

2- The writer should choose topic number 2 from the list of topics file attached below.

3- Kindly go through the instructors notes I have attached below. The instructors notes are of great importance in this assignment. Please go through it.

4- For the annotated bibliography the writer should use two articles for reference. One of thearticles that must be used is provided below. The writer should choose one more article for this assignment. Remember, the article I have provided must be used for this essay, it is compulsory, the remaining one article can be chosen by the writer.

Review Analysis for Step Mom movie and Step Family Dynamics

Students will write a movie review paper on the film Stepmom. The paper should include
An overview of parenting in stepfamilies – Based on information in your textbook and at least three other scholarly sources (at least two of these sources must be empirical research) on stepfamily life, what is some of the primary guidance scholars give for successful parenting in stepfamilies?
A description of the parenting portrayed in the film – Students will briefly describe the parenting tactics used by each of the three parents in the film. Include in this section a discussion of the relationship between the parents.
A critical review of the film’s portrayal of stepfamily life – Did the film accurately portray parenting in a stepfamily? How so? If a parent were to watch the film hoping to gain an understanding of how to successfully navigate parenting in a stepfamily, would they gain helpful insight (according to our scholarly understanding of stepfamilies)? Why? If you could change the portrayal of step-parenting in the film to provide better insight, what would you change? Why?
NOTE: This paper will require students to read ahead to Chapter 12 to gain an understanding of stepfamilies.
The paper should be 5 pages, double-spaced, 12 point Times New Roman font, and written in APA (7th edition) format with 4 empirical research articles with ( in Text – Citations).

Lab Report 8

This lab will be a very independent lab report, similar to that done in Lab 06, Conservation Theories, only now you will be using your own creative video project, which you have been developing all term long. Keep in mind that your video project must include the following:

Kinematics
Two-dimensional Vectors
Rotation.
If you cannot find examples of these three items in your video, you will need to revamp your video.

The lab report will be rather open ended, but you have seven examples from previous labs on how the report COULD flow. Below are specific requirements you need to meet in order to receive full credit. This lab report will be equally weighted between the physics you research and the spreadsheet analysis that you have used all term.

You must complete the following requirements to earn full credit:

Broad Criteria
(These must be met or the report will receive a zero grade):

500 words typed, not including graphs. (1point)

Physics Criteria
Your lab report must include a description of the physics involved in your video, with proper use of terminology, and an appropriate explanation of the relationships between the physics principles used in your video. (1 point)

Your lab report must include an independent research component, where you have investigated the applications of your video, in a broader sense. If you have taken a video of driving your car, you might include an investigation into car safety concerns, or if you took a video of you playing sports, you might consider the physics of professional sports. This portion must include TWO academic references. (2 points)

Spreadsheet Criteria
You must have at least two x-y scatter plots using any standard spreadsheet software (google sheets, Excel, LibreOffice, OpenOffice, etc.). (2 points)

Each graph must include proper naming of the axes, using physical variables (not x and y), with units, and the data must be spread out enough to visibly see a trend in the data points. (1 point)

Each set of data should have a best fit line which includes a correlation coefficient or some other statistical calculation as to the relationship between variables in each plot. (1 point)

A descriptive summary of the relationship between the variables in your data plots must be mentioned in the physics description mentioned above with appropriate use of scientific terminology (i.e. the force is inversely proportional to the distance, etc.). (1 point)

I have chosen to take a video of me backing my car out of the driveway for my video project. I have attached Lab 6 as an example for the structure of this lab. I have attached the data taken from Logger Pro Video Analysis to use for the graphs. NO plagiarism it will be checked through Turn it in.

Plagiarism Policy
Plagiarism–the using of words or ideas of others as one’s own without acknowledgement–is a serious academic
offense. Plagiarism can be committed in two ways: either by copying exactly what the writer has said or by
summarizing or paraphrasing the ideas as your own. Copying the words or ideas of another without
acknowledgment in a piece of written work amounts to an attempt to claim them as one’s own. Such actions will not
be tolerated. Where plagiarism is detected in a piece of submitted work it may be considered as academic
misconduct and dishonesty. If a student submits a plagiarized essay, the student will immediately receive an “F” for
the course. If a student submits an essay found on the Internet (or part/s of an essay or material found on the
Internet), the student will fail the course. No exceptions.
