Bullying is something that people do to hurt others. A form of aggressive behavior in which someone intentionally and repeatedly causes another person injury or discomfort. In social media it’s really hard to stop bullying because of how many people are using it. Reacting with very offensive words will only escalate the situation. According to Berthold and hoover, Slee, Walker, Ramsey, and Gresham, “targets of bullying may suffer greatly in terms of their social and emotional well-being, become anxious, and depressed, isolate themselves from peer groups and avoid school for fear of being bullied. And can also have a negative school performance. Most of the victims need years of treatment and therapy to get over their psychological trauma caused by the bully. Often the effects of bullying can last long after the bullying stops. Some who are bullied never fully recover, and some bullies never stop hurting others. But despite of this things there are ways to prevent it and have some solutions.

First off, the obvious similarities between the male and female reproductive systems are to reproduce. Plus, both sexes primary reproductive glands called gonads that produces sperm for males, and oocyte for females. And that both of these gametes contain 50% of the parent’s genetic information (Forciea, B. unknown year). Second, is that both male and female needs to reach a certain age of maturation to have their reproductive organs/system functional. The maturation I just mention happens through puberty, because that is when our gonads start to secrets sex hormone (Forciea, B. unknown year).. And third, is how testes and ovaries kind looks similar, and both came from or developed from the same kind of tissue. And anatomically, male testes were located in the abdomen until 7-9 month during fetal development, but the female stayed where they are (Cotner and Wassenberg. 2020).

There are a lot of differences between the male and female reproductive system. There is big variation in the anatomy and location of the male and female reproductive organs. The male reproductive system is mostly external, with the penis and scrotum located outside the body, while the female reproductive system is mostly internal, with the ovaries, uterus, and vagina located inside the body (Fowler et al., 2013). As the differences between both reproductive systems are apparent and obvious, it is also important to know the similarities between both systems. First, both male and female reproductive systems are regulated by hormones produced by the pituitary gland and gonads, which are glands that produce hormones that are involved in reproduction and other bodily functions (Miller & Levine, 2017). Both reproductive systems make follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), and inhibin. FSH stimulates the maturation of primordial germ cells in both males and females (Orlowski & Sarao, 2018). LH stimulates the release of testosterone by the testicular Leydig cells in males. LH stimulates ovulation, steroid release from the ovaries, and the corpus luteum’s release of progesterone following ovulation in females (Nedresky & Singh, 2019). Lastly, inhibin is secreted by the granulosa cells in women and the Sertoli cells in men. It decreases the amount of LH-releasing hormone in the hypothalamus and prevents the pituitary gland from producing and releasing follicle-stimulating hormone (Luisi et al., 2005). Second, both the male and female reproductive systems have parts that are homologous to each other. Both have ducts that are responsible for transporting the gametes to the site of fertilization. These are usually divided into different areas. For males, these ducts include the epididymis, vas deferens (sperm duct), ejaculatory duct, and the urethra. Meanwhile, for females, these ducts include the fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, and vagina (Mettawi, 2021). Both systems also have glands that create secretions that help the gametes for transportation and survival. In males, semen is made by the prostate gland, seminal vesicles, and bulbourethral gland, while in females, the cervix and Bartholin’s glands produce vaginal secretions. Haploid cells, which are created during meiosis, can be found in both the male and female reproductive systems. The male reproductive system produces sperm, while the female reproductive system produces ova or egg cells, which are both haploid cells. Meiosis is a type of cell division that results in the production of four gamete cells and halves the number of chromosomes in the parent cell (Bolcun-Filas & Handel, 2018). Thus, meiosis, a genetic process that produces haploid cells, is used by both the male and female reproductive systems.

For this part of the assessment, you will present an ideal staffing plan based upon your analysis of the media simulation. Your plan should include measures that can be used to judge its success. Additionally, to help illustrate your plan’s importance and benefits to SAMC, present a compelling argument about what impact it may have on the organization if your staffing plan is not adopted, as well as the benefits of creating a competitive advantage through human resources.
