1. You were introduced to four approaches to mediation in Chapter 7, p. 238-241. The author suggested that ” learning each model on its own [enables] you to practice the skills and strategies of each approach separately (p.241). He also contended that ” practicing one model at a time can be enough of a challenge… and at some point, you might decide to blend approaches” ( p.241).
