Case Study: Donatos: Finding the New Pizza

Case Study Assignment Instructions
For each Case Study Assignment, you will read the assigned case study and analyze the case scenario/research through a series of questions. The overall structure of each case is similar in that each case begins with an abstract followed by a description of the scenario/research and concludes with a discussion about the situation. The discussion is simply a series of unique questions about the case scenario that you will answer as your Case Study Assignment.
No abstract is required for the Case Study Assignment nor are an introduction or conclusion; simply type the questions as an APA style heading and respond. Ensure the following are met:
Must be supported with at least 4 scholarly (peer reviewed) research articles in your response.
Must be at least 900 words (the word count does not include the question text, cover page, or reference page)
Use proper grammar, current APA format and submit in MS Word format
The cases can be found in McGraw Hill Connect or as documents in the Resources section.
The questions for each Case Study Assignment can be found in McGraw Hill Connect as follows:

Apply Malware Attacks

Playbooks, sometimes known as Standing Operating Procedures (SOP) or runbooks, are used for troubleshooting common issues. They are often created by a team of employees who are trained to manage security issues. Playbooks often include bulleted lists, step-by-step instructions, or diagrams, all of which make it easy to follow troubleshooting instructions.
Throughout the next 4 weeks, you will develop a playbook for a fictional company that hired you to write their playbooks and manage the team. The first portion of the playbook is a response to malware at the company.
Outline a 2- to 3-page playbook in which a malware attack of your choice occurs.
Complete the following in your outline:
Provide details of the malware.
Identify the exploited vulnerability and its attack vector.
Analyze the vulnerability to determine 2 risks of this malware.
Outline step-by-step instructions on how to resolve the malware attack.
Remember, numbered or bulleted steps or guidelines make the document easy to for others to follow under potential stressful situations. Paragraphs can be used to help support the steps and guidelines.

Note: You will use content from your Week 2 assignment as part of the Signature Assignment you will submit in Week 3
Cite at least 2 resources to support your assignment.
Format your assignment according to APA guidelines.

Policy Memo

In the policy memo, you will each write a 750-word memo to the Governor (you can choose your state or keep this generic) that advocates for investment in a particular policy. Your memo should address the following questions:
How is this policy likely to benefit children (or other constituents) in the state? What evidence can you provide to illustrate these benefits?
What are the potential budgetary implications of implementing this policy? Do the benefits justify the costs?
Why should the Governors office prioritize this policy above the other education policies we discussed in Section 2?
What challenges or opposition might the Governor encounter implementing this policy?
How might the government go about evaluating the impact of the policy?
Use the site to identify the policy and details about the policy:

Legal problems solving & analysis

Each of the problems has a maximum word count. The maximum word count is not a required word
count. Some problems have specific questions that require answers. Other
problems require an IRAC (Issue, Rule, Application, Conclusion) analysis.

You will need to do external research for some of
the questions. If case law or
legislative research is required, it will be noted in the question. Otherwise, the text, other secondary sources,
information on government websites and articles should be used.

Hints and Tips:

Pay close attention to what the question is actually asking of you and answer it. Also pay attention to the instructions. If the question does not indicate that you need to do additional research to answer the question, you should be able to answer the question using course materials (i.e., the text and PowerPoint lectures).
Use headings. This helps the reader understand the organization and flow of the paper.
There is rarely, if ever, a need to use an exclamation point in academic writing. Do not do it.

Describe the study participants and the procedures and materials used to collect data.

Summarize the reading I have included as a PDF:
The structure of the paper should mirror the structure of the article itself. It should have five sections (but there is no need to use headings in the short summary). The paper should include a short summary of the study (introduction, hypotheses, method, results, discussion), as well as an evaluation of the study’s method and/or conclusions.
Introduction – Begin with an introductory paragraph explaining the researcher’s rationale, purpose and hypotheses. Do not summarize the abstract.
Method – Describe the study participants and the procedures and materials used to collect data.
Results – Summarize what the researcher(s) found (there is no need to report actual statistics, just main findings).
Discussion – Discuss the researcher’s conclusions and tie them to other research in the field. Given the results of this study, what might be the next step for researchers interested in this topic?
Evaluation – Evaluate the study. What were (at least two) strengths or limitations to the researcher’s method or conclusions?

Health Care Organizations Presentations

Research inpatient and ambulatory or ancillary health care organizations.

Inpatient health care organizations:
Hospitals

Ambulatory or ancillary health care organizations:
Dialysis clinic
Laser eye clinic
Pharmacy

As a team, select one inpatient health care organization and one ambulatory or ancillary health care organization.

Create a 12- to 15-slide Microsoft PowerPoint presentation (the title and reference slides do not count toward the total slide count), with detailed speaker notes, in which you compare each organization and their quality management performance as an organization. Include the following in your presentation:
Describe each of the health care organizations selected.
Explain how to develop improvement capability for organizational performance.
What resources are needed to develop improvement capability?
Identify metrics used by each organization to measure the quality dimensions identified in the Week Two Quality Dimensions Worksheet.
Describe similarities and differences between the metrics of each organization.
How do these metrics help develop improvement capability for each organization?
What quality improvement tools are available to help develop improvement capability?
Explain transformational improvement in relation to organizational performance.
What transformational model(s) can be used to help with transformational improvement in relation to organizational performance?

Note: Speaker notes are to be provided for each slide.

Cite at least 3 peer-reviewed, scholarly, or similar references and your textbook to support your assignment.

Format your citations according to APA guidelines.

Compare Fowler’s and Wilber’s theories of spiritual development and apply the theories to the case of Caroline to assess her stage of spiritual development

Compare Fowler’s and Wilber’s theories of spiritual development and apply the theories to the case of Caroline to assess her stage of spiritual development (Caroline case study 6.1 in page 160 of the course book).

Case Study 6.1 Carolines Challenging Questions
Caroline, who grew up in a large, close-knit family in North Carolina, is in her first year of college at a university in another state where
she is encountering all kinds of new experiences. A devout Christian, Caroline is a member of a Baptist church back home, where her
family has attended for generations. She was very involved in her home church, singing in the choir and actively engaged in several youth
programs. Most of her high school friends attended her church, so she was more than a little uncomfortable when she learned that her
roommate, Ruth, was Jewish. Caroline has met a number of other students who are from different faiths or who say that they dont belong
to a church at all. This has been a new and challenging experience for her.
At first she tried to stay away from anyone who wasnt Christian, but she struggled with this because so many of her non-Christian
classmates seemed like nice people and she really wanted to have friends. All sorts of questions began to emerge in her mind, like How can
they not believe in Jesus Christ? and I wonder what they do believe? and What will happen to them in the afterlife if they are not saved? These
questions only grew as she took a comparative religions class where she learned about faiths that she had never heard of before. In one
class exercise, she was paired with another student from Turkey who said she was Muslim. At first, Caroline was anxious about talking
with her, but as they moved through the exercise, she began to feel that they were more alike than different. They both were from very
religious families, their faith was important to them personally, and they both were struggling with all the different perspectives that they
were encountering in college. Later on that day, Caroline realized that if she had been born in Turkey, she would probably be a Muslim,
too. This thought both intrigued and unsettled her. More and more, she is asking herself, What do I really believe and why?

Requirements
Make three comparisons between Fowlers and Wilbers theories of spiritual development
Provide three examples of how Fowlers and Wilbers theories apply to Caroline’s situation to assess her stage of spiritual development

Use Times New Roman size-12 fond, double space, 1-inch margins, page numbers, running head, and correct references if used.
Length 2 to 3 pages of content plus a front page (add a reference page if references are used).
Recommendations:
Review the course materials and readings
Read the case scenario
Review the grading assignment rubric
Engage in critical thinking
Make three comparisons between the theories
Provide three examples of how the theories apply to Caroline’s situation to assess her stage of spiritual development
