Students are required to prepare one critical review of an article related to the topics covered in one module of the course. Article reviews may be turned in for any of the modules (i.e., Module 1, Module 2, Module 3, Module 4, Module 5, or Module 6), by the end date of the module. To be clear, students who want to turn in an article review on gang measurement, which is covered in module 1, must submit their assignments on the last day of Module 1. For example, if the module runs from August 16 to August 25, the paper must be submitted by August 25.
Specifically, the paper must:
1) Provide a brief summary of the article and its findings. What is the main question/central focus of the research? What are the sources of data? What are the main findings?
