The final project is designed for students to combine sales and marketing management content learned in this course with knowledge gained from other courses, or personal and/or professional situations. It is expected that you will add to the knowledge gained from the course by selecting an area related to sales and marketing management about which you would like to gain additional knowledge and that is NOT covered in depth in the class, and then delve more deeply into the topic. You should:
Pick a topic of interest to you. E-mail the instructor for approval of your topic – See Week 7 Assignments for details;
Investigate the existing body of knowledge related to the topic finding at least 5 scholarly sources related to your topic;
Critically analyze and relate your findings to the topics covered as part of the course;
Create a simple scenario where the topic area you choose can be practically applied and then;
Apply your new topic knowledge to your created scenario.

IMPORTANT: Topic areas must be approved by the instructor. The assignment due date is August 20, 2022. ALL work must be submitted by the end of the quarter to be eligible for any points.
As a general comment, please become acquainted with the requirements for writing academic papers, APA formatting, using references and citations, grammar and building an academic argument. A portion of your grade on this assignment will be based on your level of APA compliance. Also remember that for an academic paper you might be an expert but you are not allowed to put yourself out there as the expert. You must build your argument (case) using the works of others (your sources from above). It is difficult to do sometimes, especially when it is an area that you know a lot about, but it is needed for scholarly work. You will run into this more as you work your way through the DePaul program so you might as well start developing this talent now. The DePaul writing center is an excellent resource to help you with this.
General Paper Guidelines
Your paper should be at least 6 pages long and not more than 10 pages long, not including the cover page, references, etc. Use APA formatting for the text, margins, line spacing, in-text citations, etc. This means 1-inch margins all around, 12-pt type and double spacing (just to get you started).

I would like to investigate Instagram’s approach to advertisement.

Hello Class, per this week’s class discussion post, I will be talking
about the February 2013 Executive Order 13636. The executive order 13636
that was signed in February 2013 by former president of the United
States of America Barack Obama has stated that we need to improve the
cyber security aspects that’s associated with the critical
infrastructure that’s in the country. The whole purpose of this
executive order was to improve and increase the core capabilities of our
critical infrastructure to deal with risks associated with cyber
security. The purpose of this order was to adopt cyber security
practices, ensuring data privacy, and secured information sharing
between entities. Also, this order tasks the National Institute of
Standards and Technology to work in close conjunction with the companies
of the private sector to identify the best cyber security practices
within the industry and to build a robust cyber security framework using
them. Next, talking about the NIST SP 800-53A, it is basically an
official catalog published by the NIST as part of the executive order
13636 which tries to implement the kind of security controls that all of
the federal information systems need to implement in order to ensure
the information security as well as data privacy to the users whose data
that they collect and store and other types of critical information
that has to do with their business operations. Also, it plays an
important role in the HIPAA act that specifically states how healthcare
organizations are supposed to collect, store, and process the patients
data so that it can’t be misused by hackers or people with malicious
intent and to prevent data theft. The NIST 800-53A specifies the kind of
security controls and the information security and data privacy
framework that a health insurance company needs to implement in order to
ensure the safety and security of the patient’s data (information). As
the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), working in the
organization, it my responsibility to make the key-decision makers
within the organization about the importance of information security and
data privacy as well as the stance of the federal government over the

faster pace due to the increment within the cyber capabilities of the
