Week one discussion
I selected Addidas. Adidas is a multinational sportswear company that manufactures clothing, shoes, and accessories. The company operates in the textile industry and footwear. The company’s annual report for 2021 provides important ethical information regarding Adidas. The company’s vision or purpose is through sports. Adidas believes it has the power to change lives. Adidas will always strive to expand human possibilities and to unite and include people in sports creating a more sustainable world (Yukl et al., 2013). Adidas’ mission is to be the best sports brand in the world. The company’s attitude is to make a future possibility as a team of all stakeholders. Impossible is nothing is the tagline for the company’s attitude. The culture of Adidas is authentic, innovative, built on trust, inclusive, and optimistic.
My perception of Adidas’ ethical climate is that it upholds integrity and teamwork, creating a sustainable impact in the world as it expands for more profits. The interests of others and the public are put forward before everything. The company has a positive environmental, social, and economic atmosphere for prosperity.
Adidas’ ethical standards are consistent with the AICPA code of ethics and professional conduct. For instance, the principle of integrity that states that professionals should uphold a high sense of integrity to maintain public confidence is upheld by Adidas in its culture of trust and authenticity (Mintz, 2014). Also, the public interest principle has been upheld by Adidas since it is striving to unite all people to a more sustainable world through efficient supply chains and environmental conservation. Finally, Adidas proves due care in dealing with its stakeholders by striving to change lives, beating all impossibilities with inclusivity and optimism.

Review the cash flow statements of each STAG Industrial, Inc., Prologis & First Industrial Realty Trust in your analysis. Analyze the nature of cash flows from each of the following categories:
Cash Flows From Operations
Cash Flows From Investing
Cash Flows From Financing

What is your rationale for choosing and arranging the objects in the learning environment (consider wall décor and floor space)?
Science and social studies can seem very abstract to early childhood students. Because of this, it is important for early childhood educators to model and teach effective questioning and observation techniques as integral parts of inquiry-based learning and discovery. This education begins by creating a classroom environment where the students can ask questions, make observations, and explore the world around them based on their own curiosities.
Based on your own research, select a digital tool or other appropriate strategy to design a classroom map that encourages inquiry-based learning in both science and social studies for young children within your selected grade. Consider how classroom visuals, resources, and materials can be placed in the classroom environment to support science and social studies during daily learning. Label your map to include materials, furniture, and other visual wall design elements that foster an inquiry-based learning environment focused on science and social studies.
As you design your classroom, consider the following:
Classroom layout (desks and/or tables, carpet/floor space, chairs, etc.)
Resources and technological tools, and where they will be located.
Traffic flow consistent with age-appropriate physical and social development.
Learning centers (layout, cooperative and independent, considerations for all learning styles and abilities, inclusivity, etc.)
Storage and display furnishings (tables, chairs, shelves, etc.)
Write a 500-750 word explanation of the classroom map that answers the following:
What is your rationale for choosing and arranging the objects in the learning environment (consider wall décor and floor space)?
How do you foster diversity, openness, creativity, and a social interactive learning environment in your classroom?
How does your classroom design encourage inquiry, discovery, active problem solving, and making real-world connections for the students?
How does a well-designed classroom environment help focus attention, engage students in the curriculum, and provide options for meeting individual interests and learning needs?
APA format is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.

In this project, you will refresh your understanding of the research
process and the steps to plan a research strategy, an important element
of information literacy. In
this project, you’ll determine what information you need, develop a
search strategy to find that information, and evaluate it to determine
if it fits your needs. You’ll use the information wisely and ethically
to build your research paper.
Turn Research Into Compelling Graduate-Level Analysis
After reviewing the many sources available to you, you will choose
those that are relevant, timely, and helpful to your understanding of
the issues of your industry or field of study. This should enable you to
refine your search terms to find resources that will help you identify
the top trends in your industry. A trend could be something well-known
in the industry, a new development, or something you consider
unrecognized or disputed. It is recommended that you choose the
industry or subject area of your graduate program, so that your research
will prepare you for your program of study.
Your research will provide evidence for your conclusions about the
trends you choose, and your initial choices may change as you read more
deeply. Review resources in periodicals, journals, newspapers, industry
blogs, and other websites to choose the best references to inform your
choice of trends. Use industry-specific keywords and take notes on your
reading because you will be building on this research for the next phase
in which you will choose an issue of interest (it could be within one
of the three top trends or it could be new) and conduct deeper
research.
Your work will be evaluated using the competencies listed below.
1.1: Organize document or presentation clearly in a manner that
promotes understanding and meets the requirements of the assignment.
1.2: Develop coherent paragraphs or points so that each is
internally unified and so that each functions as part of the whole
document or presentation.
1.3: Provide sufficient, correctly cited support that substantiates the writer’s ideas.
1.4: Tailor communications to the audience.
1.5: Use sentence structure appropriate to the task, message and audience.
1.6: Follow conventions of Standard Written English.
2.1: Identify and clearly explain the issue, question, or problem under critical consideration.
2.2: Locate and access sufficient information to investigate the issue or problem.
2.3: Evaluate the information in a logical and organized manner to determine its value and relevance to the problem.
2.4: Consider and analyze information in context to the issue or problem.
2.5: Develop well-reasoned ideas, conclusions or decisions, checking them against relevant criteria and benchmarks.
