What would James Rachels say about the argument Prebble deems invalid?

Professor’s instructions. Please read carefully. It’s the final essay. The power point below is how our instructor wants us to write a good essay. and the other power point is about what not to do while writing this essay.

SELECT JUST ONE TOPIC!
Please see the syllabus for my policy on academic dishonesty. If you plagiarize, you will not have another chance to rewrite the paper. You will receive a zero and I will enter your name into our institutional tracking system. Period.

1. Read Ray Prebble’s argument found here:
https://philosophynow.org/issues/124/Are_You_A_Garbled_Relativist (Links to an external site.)
Present and explain the argument that he calls “beguilingly plausible and utterly invalid.” Why does he think that the argument is invalid? What would James Rachels say about the argument Prebble deems invalid? Would Rachels agree with Prebble? Cite the relevant texts to support your claims.

Cite all the texts you employ. This is at 4 to 5 page paper, though
you may certainly write more. In offering your own judgment and
defense, use course concepts.

2. Suppose that someone attempts to show that Descartes’s argument for God’s existence has a false premise in it. Suppose, specifically, that someone presents the following argument: we all have different beliefs about what perfection is. If we have different beliefs about perfection, then there is no truth of the matter. Thus, there is no truth of the matter whether something is perfect.
Paste the argument in your paper. Then, identify its premises and conclusion. After that, demonstrate whether the above argument valid or invalid. Then demonstrate whether it sound or unsound. We have read multiple authors who give you the tools to answer those questions. Use and cite those authors to answer this question. Using the right readings is part of the topic.
Cite all the texts you employ. This is a 4 to 5 page paper, though you
may certainly write more. In offering your own judgment and defense,
use course concepts.
3. There is a crisis in higher education. Most students finish college without increasing their ability to engage in “complex reasoning, critical thinking and written communication.” That means that someone with a bachelor’s degree is not likely to be better at those skills than they were when they had just a high school diploma. High school students have lower standardized test scores than ever before. They arrive in college with fewer skills than at any time in the last 60 years. Still, people with college degrees earn much more than people without them. Thus, the college degree is not about education; it is about buying a chance to earn more money.
What are the premises in the above argument? What is its conclusion? Would Kant think that the argument demonstrates that there is a moral problem in higher education, if it is sound? Use his text to justify your answer.
Note: this paper is not about education. If you find yourself researching the importance, value, and/or history of education, you are not writing a philosophy paper. This topic requires you to demonstrate your knowledge of Kant’s views. That should be the focus of the paper.
Cite all the texts you employ. This is a 4 to 5 page paper, though you

Identify and describe the factors that lead to effective conflict resolution.

In Chapter 14, we introduced the idea of conflict management and negotiation skills.
In this paper, identify what conflict is and provide an example of conflict that can arise in a healthcare setting. Using theory, describe how this conflict experience fits into the four basics types of conflict. Describe this example of conflict using the different levels of conflict. Develop strategies on how to identify conflicts and how to successfully review them. It may help to highlight the five conflict-handling modes. Use this exploration of conflict and theory as a way for future leaders to best handle/avoid conflict in the future.
Possible Deliverables for Option 5:
MHA 701 – SUMMER 2022 Final Assignment

– Outline the steps that individuals should use to resolve conflict situations
– Identify the factors that contribute to conflict
– Identify and describe the factors that lead to effective conflict resolution

What major sections would you include in an operating budget?

I am attaching the beginning of the paper in which i have started. The assignemnt listed below includes the requirements for the paper. It is VITAL that the competencies and requirements are all met. I will include the grading rubric as well and an example paper wrote by another student to help guide what is needed in the paper. Please make sure every bullet point in the competencies is written on.

You are the nurse manager of a 35-bed hospital unit with 20 full-time equivalent (FTE) staff. You have been given the task of getting the budget under control. Several people have recently left the unit, and you have been working to fill those open positions. Your staff work scheduled overtime and many sign up to work extra shifts. Your unit serves an older population, as well, and has incurred expenses associated with this group of patients.
As you prepare to complete this assessment, you may want to think about other related issues to deepen your understanding or broaden your viewpoint. You are encouraged to consider the questions below and discuss them with a fellow learner, a work associate, an interested friend, or a member of your professional community. Note that these questions are for your own development and exploration and do not need to be completed or submitted as part of your assessment.

Explain how to effectively evaluate treatments to determine if they are evidence based or not.

Controversial Treatments

Numerous controversial treatments are promoted for individuals
diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Almost all behavior analysts
agree that these treatments lack sufficient empirical support.

(ELIMINATION DIETS) is the topic I’m choosing, please write to me if any questions ……..

Conduct an Internet search for information on one
of the topics mentioned above. If you would like to choose a topic not
listed, first message your instructor for approval to be sure it is not
evidence based. Also research the treatment in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysisor other professional ABA journals.

Identify at least one pro statement that supports the use of the treatment. These may come from experts, therapists, parents, or others. Also, identify at least one con statement that opposes or refutes the treatment.
Summarize these statements and evaluate your findings. Discuss at
least three relevant ethics codes that you have learned in this course
thus far.
Explain how to effectively evaluate treatments to determine if they are evidence based or not.
Explain, in your conclusion, how you would discuss the importance
of using evidence-based strategies with colleagues and the families
with whom you work while also respecting other professions and the
people involved.

What some have labeled the most racist ad ever made, a 2016 commercial for the Chinese company Qiaobi’s laundry detergent shows an Asian woman who shoves a detergent pod into a black man’s mouth and puts him in a washing machine, from which he emerges as a light-skinned Asian.

Consumer Behavior Challenge Please use the writing rubric for your
response for each question with no less than 250 words

13-19. Several major advertisers including Corona
beer have come under fire recently for showing allegedly racist ads that favor
white people over black people. In a Facebook ad for Dove body wash, a black
woman removes her brown shirt and the ad then reveals a white woman in a light
shirt (Dove later apologized). This is not a new problem: A soap ad that ran in
the early 1900s featured a white child asking a black child, “Why doesn’t your
mamma wash you with Fairy soap?” In 2017 the skincare company Nivea ran a deodorant
ad that read, “White is purity.” White supremacists on the internet loved it In
what some have labeled the most racist ad ever made, a 2016 commercial for the
Chinese company Qiaobi’s laundry detergent shows an Asian woman who shoves a
detergent pod into a black man’s mouth and puts him in a washing machine, from
which he emerges as a light-skinned Asian. While you would think these ads are
screened for such insulting content, apparently many still make it through.
Should advertisements be more thoroughly screened, or are people just
overreacting to these attempts at humor? How might the system be changed to
avoid these blunders?

13-20. Geodemographic techniques assume that people
who live in the same neighborhood have other things in common as well. Why do
they make this assumption, and how accurate is it?
