Discuss and define violence against mad people by employing multiple legal, policy and theoretical frameworks.

Discuss and define violence against mad people by employing multiple legal, policy and theoretical frameworks.
Consider what accessibility means in relation to madness, and how barriers to access relate to violence against mad people
Identify the conceptual and discursive differences between talking about stigma and talking about discrimination.

Discuss your conclusions of the multiple regression as they relate to your stated research questions for the overall regression model and the individual predictors.

This assignment will help you understand proper reporting and interpretation of multiple regression. You will use the IBM SPSS Linear Regression procedure to accurately compute a multiple regression with your .sav file.
***.SAV FILE INCLUDED AND TEMPLATE ATTACHED AS WELL (APA TEMPLATE FOR ASSIGNMENT PAPER).

MLR ANALYSIS AND APPLICATION
Provide a context of the data set in the supplied .sav file. Specifically, imagine that you are a teacher studying how well scores on Quiz 1 (X1), GPA (X2), and the total points in the course (X3) predict the final grade in the course (Y). Identify your predictor variables, the outcome variable, and the scales of measurement for each variable. Specify the sample size of the data set.
Specify a research question for the overall regression model. Articulate a null hypothesis and alternative hypothesis for the overall regression model. Specify a research question for each predictor. Articulate the null hypothesis and alternative hypothesis for each predictor. Specify the alpha level.
Test the four assumptions of multiple regression. Begin with SPSS output of the four histograms on X1, X2, X3, and Y, and provide visual interpretations of normality. Next, paste the SPSS output of the scatter plot matrix and interpret it in terms of linearity and bivariate outliers. Next, paste SPSS output of the zero-order correlations (Pearson’s r) and interpret it to check the multicollinearity assumption. Note: to test this assumption in SPSS, use Analyze… Correlate… Bivariate Correlations to generate a two-tailed test; do not use the default one-tailed test output from the Linear Regression procedure. Finally, paste the SPSS plot of standardized residuals (ZPRED = x-axis; ZRESID = y-axis) and interpret it to check the homoscedasticity assumption.
Begin with a brief statement reviewing assumptions. Next, paste the SPSS output for the Model Summary. Report R and R2 in correct APA format; interpret R2 effect size. Next, paste the SPSS ANOVA output. Report the F test for p value and interpret them against the null hypothesis. Next, paste the SPSS Coefficients output. For each predictor, report the b coefficient and the t-test results, including interpretation against the null hypothesis, the semipartial squared correlation effect size, and the interpretation of effect size.
In your Interpretation section, following Table 9.2 of your Field text, generate a table of results for the .sav file that summarizes:
The means and standard deviations of each variable in the regression equation.
The zero-order (Pearson’s r) correlations among variables.
The y-intercept.
The b coefficients of each predictor with notation of calculated p-values for rejecting the null hypothesis.
The β coefficients of each predictor.
The squared semipartial correlations of each predictor.
The values of R, R2, and adjusted R2 with notation of p-values for rejecting the null hypothesis.
Next, rerun the regression analysis choosing Backward rather than entry. Report which variable or variables were entered into the equation and which were removed from the equation. Report the R, R squared, adjusted R squared, F test, and p value of the final model that best predicts the variance in the outcome variable.
Discuss your conclusions of the multiple regression as they relate to your stated research questions for the overall regression model and the individual predictors. Conclude with an analysis of the strengths and limitations of multiple regression.

Do you believe the importance of this Constitutional amendment has changed in the 225+ years since its ratification?

Which of the 10 amendments that make up the Bill of Rights do you believe is the most important? Do you believe the importance of this Constitutional amendment has changed in the 225+ years since its ratification?

Of the three primary categories of theories discussed in the unit, which one appears to offer the best reasons why people commit crimes today? Discuss why you support your choice, and provide supporting evidence.
Choice theories include rational choice theory, routine activities theory (previously discussed), and the deterrence doctrine

Summari Political Science 2302

Write a three-to-five-page essay containing the following:
1 An introductory paragraph containing a brief description of three distinct subject areas studied this semester that you found most interesting and/or informative, and a statement about a contemporary political problem or issue related to one of your subject areas that will be discussed in greater detail later in the paper.
2 Discussion of the three subject areas identified in your introduction. Citations and specific academic information gained from the course MUST be provided in both the body of the text and in the bibliography. The three subject areas you discuss MUST be from POLS 2302 and CANNOT be topics studied in POLS 2301 (i.e., parties, the media, interest groups, elections). Subject areas should focus on topics listed in the syllabus. In POLS 2302, one of your topic areas should be one of the three branches of government. Note that your three subject areas must be distinct. In other words, you cannot write on three cases studied in civil rights. Rather, one topic may be civil rights and various cases examined in the subject area may be used to communicate your knowledge of the topic.
An example of a proper in-text citation is: (Davis, p. 18, 2018). An example of a proper citation in your Works Cited page is: Davis, Terri and James P. Nelson, The Texas Constitution: The People, History, and Government of the Lone Star State, Lamar Literary Press, 2017.
3 Identify, discuss, and describe a specific contemporary political problem related to ONE of your subject areas that you found interesting.
4 Construct and communicate a solution to the problem you identified (above). Make sure to develop and express your solution in the form of an argument that is supported by well-documented and properly cited facts and data. A good paper will have at least 3-5 scholarly sources in addition to the course textbook(s) and course videos. Failure to provide in-text citations will result in major point deductions in the grammar section of the assignment rubric.
Note: The topics studied in Module 4 including the Texas Constitution and Texas government may not be one of the three topics you select for written assignment discussion. Discussion of a Module 4 topic will result in an automatic 20-point deduction in your written assignment grade.
Correct grammar, capitalization, punctuation, complete sentences, and CITATION of your sources is required. Textbook readings with page numbers (or chapter headings and subheadings for digital textbooks without page numbers) and textbook citation; lectures or video instruction (title and presenter/author of the video); and outside scholarly research must be included in your assignment.

Compare the annual population growth rate of both countries.

Before beginning work on this assignment, please review the expanded grading rubric for specific instructions relating to content and formatting.
For your project, using the South University Online Library or the Internet, research and compare the demography and health indicators for Nigeria and the United States.
Note: Click here to view the links that you can refer to for research about the demography and health indicators for the United States and Nigeria.
Answer the following questions:
Compare the annual population growth rate of both countries. What factors do you think are contributing to the differences observed between the two countries?
Compare the composition of the population of both countries. What does it suggest about each country?
Compare the dependency ratio of both countries. What does it suggest about each country?
Compare the mortality rates of both countries. Which age groups do you think are the most affected in each country? Is there a gender difference in mortality rates? Why or why not? In your opinion, what are the factors that might contribute to the differences in mortality rates of both countries?
Which age group is benefiting the most from healthcare interventions in each country?
What does the life expectancy at birth and at sixty years tell you about each country?
If you were a public health official looking at these data for the first time, what questions and assumptions might come up that you would want to further investigate?

Create an evidence table to support a clinical research question defined by you.

State a clinical research question on which you decided to focus your literauture review process. You must searcg and review 8 differet quantitative research articles that would rpovide evidence to support the clinical research problem. Reviews must follow the column format presented on the attached document.
