Describe how the model might operate for your lemonade business.

This exercise will give you the opportunity to explore and see how an entire business model can change by simply changing the revenue model. By using a simple example, a lemonade stand, you will see the business idea transform and adapt based on the revenue model depicted.
Key Takeaways
Customers change as the revenue model changes.
Some revenue models just don’t apply and this is okay, but some businesses operate using a combination of revenue models.
The revenue model is important given that choice of model is related to profitability.
There are 10 types of revenue models that we went over during the lecture. Using the attached worksheet, describe what a lemonade stand might look like using each different revenue model. For example, in an advertising model, you may give away the lemonade for free but sell advertising on your cups to farmers and sugar companies. Be as creative as needed to make each revenue model fit.
Using the attached worksheet, fill out all 10 types of revenue models.
Print your completed worksheet – or handwrite it if you don’t have access to a printer.
Using the Record/Upload Media button on the toolbar, record a video (about 90 seconds or less) of you showcasing your completed sheet and discussing 2-3 revenue models.
Describe how the model might operate for your lemonade business.
Comment on why you think (or don’t think) this is a good option for this type of business.

How does the image you selected make you feel?

Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is for students to select an image of Jesus and reflect on why that image is meaningful to them.
Overview: The New Testament begins with four books all telling the same story. In chapter five, Powell compares the gospels to portraits. While a coherent picture of Jesus emerges from the four gospels as a set, each individual gospel highlights certain things about Jesus. In this course, you will often be prompted to think about what each author seems to particularly emphasize. If you have read the Bible before, perhaps in church, this way of reading may feel a bit unfamiliar. By paying attention to the different emphases of each gospel, this class aims to construct a more nuanced and multi-faceted understanding of Jesus. Three Gospels—Matthew, Mark, and Luke—are called “Synoptic Gospels.” These three gospels share a good deal in common; “synoptic” literally means to see (-optic) the same way or together (syn-). They follow the same narrative outline, and both Matthew and Luke may have used Mark as a source (Luke even tells us he uses sources in Luke 1:1-3!)
Instructions: Take a few moments to look at and consider these images below:
Select one image from the above collage and in a 300-350 word essay, answer the following questions:
How does the image you selected make you feel?
Which image are you drawn to and why?
What does the selected image imply about Jesus?
