Problem question

There are two problem questions
I will attach a document “IRAC” and i would like you to edit both answers so it would follow the IRAC method. The IRAC document explains very well how to answer problem questions in detail so follow that and make sure to include everything please. If you believe there is missing information then feel free to add. I will also attach another document “sample answer” this document includes a sample answer so what is expected. It has commentary that highlights each line of the sample answer explaining exactly what to include. So follow that as well. As well focus on the structure. Use both documents to perfect my assignment. Its very crucial to do so.

Make sure for each question you dont pass 1000 words please

Please solve the Alphaland case individually and write a one page analysis using the following format used for WAC:
1. Situation Analysis
2. Problem Analysis
3. Basis for Recommendation
4. Recommendation
5. Action Steps
You may opt to attach one extra page appendix for numbers and tables (only).

The case contains two disclosures by Alphaland to the PSE. The primary topic of this submission should be just be one disclosure, you may choose if you want to do the first disclosure dated January 19, 2014 or the second disclosure dated January 20, 2014. If you choose the first disclosure, make sure you cover the ownership profile of Alphaland before and after the disclosure. If you choose the second disclosure, include a brief assessment on whether or not Alphaland is distressed. Please note you have insufficient room within the page limit to analyze both disclosures, and it would be better to specialize.

Presentation On The Feminine Body, Mind, & Culture In Psychotherapy

D‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌uring the second and third class each student will complete a 10-minute classroom presentation outlining how they might work with clinical/professional issues regarding the Feminine body—mind, culture, mythology and consciousness, incorporating Jungian, Post-Jungian and/or Shamanic traditions This merely‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌ needs to be an outline, closer to a speech. It’s not a paper I will turn in but merely an outline or a 10 minute presentation of how as a psychotherapist I will work with issues regarding the Feminine body—mind, culture, mythology and consciousness, incorporating Jungian, Post-Jungian and/or Shamanic tradi‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌tions

Personal Learning Essay

A‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌n essay is, in the proper sense, an “attempt,” or an “endeavor,” or a “trying out” of something (a value, an idea, a perspective, an insight). In the literary sense, it is a short composition on a single subject, usually presenting the personal views of the author. This personal learning essay should build upon, shape, integrate, and focus your reflections on the Destination Management course. It is intended to provide you a vehicle for assessing what you have learned in this course, and critically engaging with and integrating its readings, lectures, discussions, cases, speakers and other activities. You may structure the essay as you wish, but make certain that you support your opinions with evidence, and offer illustrative examples. Please address the following: • What does it mean to engage in effective, successful destination management? How does it differ from ineffective destination management? • For future tourism industry leaders like yourselves who w‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌ill be engaged in destination management, what type of skill set is essential to success? How may your skills (or lack thereof) help or hinder your performance as a Destination Manager? • Anna Pollock of DestiCorp says that DMOs need to become orchestrators and stage managers rather than today’s destination promoters. What do you think she mean by this? Do you agree or disagree? What would this mean in terms of how DMOs (and their leadership) work with local tourism sector stakeholders and in how they communicate with potential tourists? • Other critical reflections on the course materials The essay should demonstrate your understanding, assimilation and integration of the course materials and activities. Grammar, syntax, lucidity, coherence and organization all count! An essay that is sloppy, disorganized, incoherent, obviously rushed, lacking in real reflection, and devoid of references to the material in the course will, of course, be graded accordingly. Don’t forg‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌et to include references.

Discussion 2: Contemplating Your Future

P‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌LEASE USE ATTCHED RESOURCES The NASW Code of Ethics makes a number of statements about social workers’ responsibility to study, use, and engage in research and evaluation. In the past, many social workers had difficulty thinking of themselves as knowledgeable and capable in research, despite completing the required research course in school. Think of yourself as a part of a new breed of social workers. You are completing your education at a point in time that places great emphasis on both research and evaluation. You also have greater access to published research than ever before. Research knowledge and skills are like muscles—if you do not use them, they will atrophy. You have an ethical obligatio‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌n as a social worker to exercise and flex your research muscle. Consider how the NASW Code of Ethics guides your professional research. Post an analysis of how you can apply new knowledge and skills related to research and evaluation, acquired in this course to your future career. Identify specific knowledge and strategies and how you intend to apply them. Identify those skills that you believe will be most applicable to achieving your future goals. Note similarities and differences between how you plan to apply what you have learned and how they plan to apply their knowledge in their field experiences and careers. Identify an additional way that your colleagues might find what they have learned us‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌eful.

I‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌nstructions Research Design Research design refers to the specific type of study that you will conduct. Research design is normally consistent with one’s philosophical worldview and the methodological approach the researcher chooses. In this case, you are using a quantitative methodology. As we have discussed in this course, quantitative research designs can be experimental and non-experimental. You will be using a non-experimental design that can include descriptive statistics, correlational or causal-comparative research methods. Research methods refer to specific procedures selected based on the chosen design. This is where you will provide detail on how you collected and analyzed your data. For quantitative methodologies, research methods can be quite detailed and require that attention be paid to recruitment, sampling, sampling frame, sample size, surveys, pilot tests, observations, data collection, data analysis, statistical procedures, data interpretation, coding, validity, reliability, generalizability, reporting, etc. For this assignment, you will develop the research design for the Sun Coast project, utilizing this Unit III template to complete your assignment. Your Unit III research design submission should include the below elements. Research Methodology: Describe and justify the choice of research methodology and why it was most suitable to solve the problems. Be sure to compare and contrast this choice with the design that was not selected. Research Design: Explain whether the research design is exploratory, causal, or descriptive. Provide the rationale for the c‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌hoice. Research Methods: Review the research questions and hypotheses you developed in Unit II, and then decide on the most appropriate research methods to test your hypotheses. They might include a combination of experimentation, descriptive statistics, correlation, and casual-comparative methods. Be sure to specify which method will be used to test which research question and hypotheses, and explain why that method was most appropriate. Data Collection Methods: Specify how the data were most likely collected to test the hypotheses. Data collection methods include, but are not limited to, survey, observation, and records analysis. Be sure to specify which data collection method was used to collect the data needed for each research question and hypothesis. Please note that one data collection method could capture the data for several research questions and hypotheses. Sampling Design: Briefly describe the type of sampling design that was most likely used for the data that were collected. Choices include, but are not limited to, random sample, convenience sample, etc. Explain your rationale for your sampling design selection(s). Data Analysis Procedures: Specify which statistical procedures will be used to test each of your hypotheses from among correlation, regression, t test, and ANOVA. Explain why each procedure was the most appropriate choice. The title and reference pages do not count toward the page requirement for this assignment. This assignment should be no less than two pages in length, follow APA-style formatting and guidelines, and use references and citations as necessa‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌ry.
