Write a Paper that Present a healthcare company, is in charge of providing an educational seminar to a group of outpatients and general public, who do not have much knowledge about disease. The goal is to help people understand the disease and show them how to prevent the occurrence of this disease.

What is the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on IP rights?

The term paper should answer these two major questions:

What is the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on IP rights?
How can governments and industries respond to IP rights in the COVID-19 era?

The paper should address the following questions:

• The theoretical framework of the research papers as they relate to the topic of IP rights and the pharmaceutical industry/drug development and delivery
• The papers’ research methods used (quantitative or qualitative)
• The papers’ results/conclusions
• How can the theoretical framework and results of the papers be used to address the above research question?

This paper’s topic should be focus on the GCC region (the Arabian Gulf countries).

Describe the experiments in outline format with enough detail so that another scientist reading the report could replicate the experiment.

In addition, be sure that you review your feedback from the Week 1 and 2 learning activities and lab questions assignments.
The final assignment for this course is a scientific laboratory report on both of the Labster virtual labs that you have completed for this course so far. This assignment will get you started on the process of writing that Laboratory Report. Follow the steps bulleted below to begin the Final Laboratory Report Rough Draft assignment.
Note: The final assignment will entail additional components that are not included in this pre-draft assignment. Ensure you review all requirements and grading criteria carefully for the final assignment to ensure completeness.
Use Lab Activities 1 and 2 as the basis for the Laboratory Report Pre-Draft.
Complete and submit the Laboratory Report Pre-Draft Template Download Laboratory Report Pre-Draft Template(download the Laboratory Report Pre-Draft Template, and utilize this document to ensure proper formatting and inclusion of all required material).
Before beginning this assignment, view the Sample Final Laboratory Report Download Sample Final Laboratory Report(due in week 5), located in your online classroom, and use it as a writing guide.
Cite at least two government sources (webpages or reports), two credible sources (news articles), and one scholarly source (academic journal article) for a minimum of five outside sources. In addition, you are encouraged to cite the textbook and any other assigned materials from this class.
The pre-draft must be four to six pages in length (excluding the title and reference pages) and formatted according to APA style. You will receive feedback from your instructor on this pre-draft that you will use to write the Final Laboratory Report, which is due in Week 5. The Final Laboratory Report has a page requirement of seven to nine pages. Your ideas for each section of this pre-draft do not need to be fully fleshed out, but do your best to set yourself up well for the Final Laboratory Report.
For an Introduction to APA (Links to an external site.), visit the Writing Center and UAGC Library tab, located on the left navigation toolbar, in your online course.
In your paper, include the following sections:
Introduction: For the pre-draft, this section should be about a half to one page in length.
Identify the background information on the environmental and sustainability topics presented in the labs and an overview of why the labs were conducted.
Include your topic sentence for this paragraph.
List the main points and sources you will use to support those points.
Identify information from other experiments previously conducted that looks at resource challenges similar to the two labs.
List the cited sources you will use from governmental and credible non-governmental sources that conduct similar scientific studies and experiments.
Identify the hypotheses from the lab simulations and the reasoning for those predictions.
The hypothesis should not be adjusted to reflect the “right” answer. You do not lose points for an inaccurate hypothesis. Scientists often revise their hypotheses based on scientific evidence following the experiments.
Materials and Methods: Summary of all of the materials including scientific equipment used in the two lab activities and the methods used to conduct the experiments. For the pre-draft, this section should be about one page in length.
Describe the experiments in outline format with enough detail so that another scientist reading the report could replicate the experiment.
You can assume that a scientist would know how to use the lab equipment from the experiments and conduct basic lab procedures. See the Writing Center’s resource on Outlining (Links to an external site.) for assistance with this step.
Summarize the methods in your own words.
Do not simply copy and paste from the lab instructions.
Results: This section should include any data and observations from the experiments. This section should not include personal opinions or discussion – just a description of the results. For the pre-draft, this section should be about a half to one page in length.
Include all data and pertinent figures for the experiments in the labs.
Describe all data and figures  in a written paragraph.
List and summarize the key points in outline format.
Include any data that reveals a pattern that relates to the hypotheses.  Again, see the Writing Center’s resource on Outlining (Links to an external site.) for assistance with this step.
Discussion: This section should interpret your data and arrive at the key findings or conclusions. It should be one page in length. You can outline each of the bullet points below. See the Writing Center’s resource on Outlining (Links to an external site.) for assistance.
Explain your initial hypothesis (for each lab) and whether it is accepted or rejected based on specific results from the experiments conducted in the labs.
Discuss the real-world implications and applications of the results from multiple perspectives including environmental, business/economic, political, and social.
If you outline this section, provide a list of at least one point for each of these topics and which cited sources support the points.
Analyze how the results of the experiments and topics of each lab relate to the environmental challenges of resource sustainability.
Identify the natural resources that are present and how they are threatened.
Evaluate at least two examples of businesses, organizations, cities, states, or countries implementing innovative technology solutions and policies to promote sustainability related to the lab topics.
List the supporting examples and the sources.
Develop at least one policy or technology solution for the specific situation presented in each lab, taking into account the environmental, business/economic, political, and social impacts.
For the outline, describe the nature of the solution for each lab and mention how it will benefit at least one of the factors listed above.
Conclusion: For the pre-draft, this section should be about a half to one page in length.
Summarize the purpose, methods, results, and key findings of the Laboratory Report.
You may create a full conclusion or just create an outline of the topic sentence and list a few key points you will cover in the conclusion section for the Final Laboratory Report assignment.

Write an evidence-based scientific literature review on an aspect of the topic (smart devices and personal privacy) you have researched.

Copied and pasted from assignment:
Scenario
You are a graduate scientist working in an interdisciplinary research team within a not-for-profit research and development organisation. Your team leader has requested
you prepare a review of the current scientific literature in one of three potential research areas. The company is considering taking their research in a new direction and the
leadership team requires background information on the potential research areas before making a decision. You should ensure your literature review synthesises recent
literature to give a picture of the current state of the science in that area. You are not required to critique the literature or to take a position, however you should try to
identify knowledge gaps
Task
Write an evidence-based scientific literature review on an aspect of the topic (smart devices and personal privacy) you have
researched. A literature review synthesises the current literature, is evidence-based, compares different sources of information and perspectives, and identifies gaps in
current research. A literature review can contain a mixture of sources (e.g. scholarly books, high quality reports, etc.), however; the focus must be peer-reviewed journal
articles
1. Search the scientific literature for appropriate and relevant sources of information, with a focus on peer-reviewed journal articles.
2. Write a clear and concise review of approximately 1500-2000 (excluding references) words, synthesising the literature.
4. Use the following formatting/style for your Literature Review
• Write in a series of paragraphs with a short introduction and conclusion. For details and examples of the expected structure of a scientific literature review, refer to
weekly tasks and assignment resources.
• Typed, 12 pt Times New Roman font
• Double spaced with 2 cm margins
• Appropriate academic writing style and mechanics – refer to grading rubric for this assignment
• Cite all of your sources, using in-text citations and an end-text reference list (I can site myself given the references)

My tutor has said it the review would be better if we focus in on a specific part of the topic.
The file I have attached is the original article we focused on.

Discuss your approach, culturally appropriate strategies, and how you would incorporate cultural strengths in the interaction whether it is in a coaching, advising, leading, evaluating, or managing role (select role appropriate to your career goals).

Select a racial/ethnic group other than your own and identify characteristics, cultural strengths, and considerations when working with that particular group. Discuss your approach, culturally appropriate strategies, and how you would incorporate cultural strengths in the interaction whether it is in a coaching, advising, leading, evaluating, or managing role (select role appropriate to your career goals).

What were your personal biases, misperceptions, or preconceived notions that led to these incidents?

We often condition ourselves into certain roles and behaviors because of our perceptions of self, misperceptions, heuristics, and personal biases. In some cases, we have fallen trap to social conditioning in terms of attitudes, behaviors, and roles.
Reflect on these instances in your life.
Provide at least 2 examples of significant instances of when this has occurred in your life.
Describe each instance in at least 700 words total. Address the following in your reflection:
What led to these incidents?
What were your personal biases, misperceptions, or preconceived notions that led to these incidents?
Reflect on your attitudes and behaviors during these incidents.
How can you spot incidents like these in the future?
Provide recommendations of how you can overcome these situations in the future.
Discuss how these strategies align with the recommendations in the readings.
