PCI Audit Assessment

After learning more about these topics i will use this daily in my life. Improving Stress Management and physical fitness go hand in hand. If your body is stressed out and you do nothing positively to recharge that energy your physical well being can be effected. You may over eat or become lazy. I learned that when I feel stressed working out and dancing helps not only stress but my physical well being
