Propose a policy solution that would address the social problem of low income and minority communities not having access to public spaces in the same way that middle- and upper-class urban neighborhoods do.
Defend the impact of this policy proposal on low income and minority urban communities. Is it likely to lead to gentrification? Why or why not?

We have covered a great deal of material this semester in our overview of architecture, engineering, construction management, and the design and construction process. We have looked at: the built environment in context; the evolution of an architectural office; the design process; how a project moves through an office; and the various roles you could have in the expansive design and engineering professions, and the construction industry. We also reviewed the role of ethics in the practice of architecture, including selected cases, and some of the consequences when we are faced with ethical situations in our jobs.
