i use this device called catapult which analuzed the top speed form athletes during the football season
It also has a bunch of aother data such as acceleration and such
I need to compare practice time with game performance
analuze if more practice equated to faster speeds in game
and what is the best practice time for performance in game

Write a page discussing the types of encryption that you use on a regular basis on your phone/computer.

This project uses an Enigma machine simulator. It functions like the Enigma machines used during WWII. This example has been included to help you better understand how encryption worked in the early days. It’s a great learning tool for when you first start exploring the subject of cryptography. Enigma machines provided fairly good encryption strength for their day. Modern cryptographic systems are much more secure than Enigma machines.
Pay attention to the colored paths as you type. The red path goes through the three rotors, bounces off the reflector, becomes green, and then goes back through the three rotors. The right rotor moves with each keystroke. If it completes one full cycle, it will advance the middle rotor and subsequently the left rotor.
Open a Web browser and go to Enigma Machine Emulator
Click the dials at the top of the web application so that each has the letter “A” selected.
Slowly type your first name and last name without a space. (e.g. RandyBoyle)
Take a screenshot. Note: The text in the Input text box is what you typed. The text in the Output text box is what you would send. You are now going to reset the dials to their original position (in this case AAA) and type the encrypted text (ciphertext) you produced in the Output text box. You can copy the ciphertext from the screenshot you just took. Subsequently, you should see your name reproduced in the bottom box. This is the equivalent of decrypting the message.
Click in the Input text box and backspace your name. (The dials should be set back to their AAA position.)
Refer back to the screenshot you just took and copy down the output (ciphertext). (e.g. the ciphertext for “RANDYBOYLE” was “VDOLZYMEAC.”)
Type the ciphertext into the Input text box. (Type slowly so you won’t make a mistake and have to start over!)
Take a screenshot with your name showing in the Output text box.
Backspace the text in the Input text box.
Slowly press the A key ten times and notice how a different encrypted letter is chosen as output through the rotating dials even though you are hitting the same key each time.
Take a screenshot.
Write a page discussing the types of encryption that you use on a regular basis on your phone/computer. Are there any security issues that concern you with your use of any of these encryptions?

Complementary Treatment (Massage)
Health is one of the
basic needs of an individual in life. Without health, one cannot enjoy wealth,
work or even spend time with family and friends. Therefore, many strive to
achieve quality health through fitness and proper eating (Chen et al., 2019).
However, not many are lucky enough to have good health, and some health
conditions tend to be long-term diseases that affect individuals’ daily
activities. Medication alone cannot change the situation for long-term needs.
However, complementary therapies have been chosen to help reduce the
progression of health conditions or even relieve pain. Complementary treatments
do not use medication; however, they are used along with the treatment
recommended by practitioners (Chen et al., 2019). One of these complementary
treatments is massage therapy.
Massage therapy is a
complementary treatment used to handle different health conditions that may be
physical or even psychological (Kinkead et al., 2019). Massage therapy is used
for general well-being and relaxation. However, it is often used to manage body
pains and aches in areas such as joints and muscles. Massages are done by
therapists who use their hands and fingers to rub and press soft tissues in the
body (Kinkead et al., 2019). However, other forms of massages involve the use
of arms, elbows, and feet depending on the pressure expected on the selected
body part. There are different types of massages, such as the general massage
or Swedish massages, and many others named depending on the part of the
impacted body.
Massage therapies have pros
and cons, which must be weighed to ensure that massage is the best option for
the selected condition. Some of the benefits of massage therapy include pain
management. Different diseases cause pain to the back or joint muscles; Massage
helps calm the conditions and control pain (Field, 2019).
Massages are used in stress reduction and,
therefore, allow the release of the present tension, allowing clear thought in
an individual. Massage is beneficial in addressing depression and anxiety where
patients can feel relaxed and release emotions of anger and irritability. It is
used in sports rehabilitation, foot injuries, back injuries, even shoulder
injuries, and many more. Finally, massages are used for general wellness and help
the body rejuvenate from work burnouts and tiredness. These benefits are pretty
helpful to various health conditions (Field, 2019). However, there are
disadvantages to massage therapy. Physical injury may be caused during deep
pressure massages, migraines, or headaches when the individual is not massaged
well, and it can be time-consuming and costly.
Field (2019) wrote an
article describing the importance of different touches; CT touch, social touch,
and massage. According to the journal, massage is essential for wellness and
improving development. At the same time, Kinkead et al. (2018) wrote an article
on a study that revealed the benefit of massages on cancer patients to reduce
treatment fatigue. In various other studies, massage therapy has been used to
handle conditions better than medication use. Studies show that patients who go
for the massage therapy are more likely to improve even without medication.

Choosing the right software process to build good-quality software, and ensuring quality using test automation

Assignment-1: Choosing the right software process to build good-quality software, and ensuring quality using test automation

All of the following items should be packaged in a zip folder.
– Working software code and test programs/tool code (including executables if any) (50% marks)
– A report explaining the reasons behind choosing a particular software process, description of
functionalities of the software and its code, challenges faced during test automation and documenting
detail instructions with snapshots how to use your software and test automation framework (with some
sample test run) (50% marks)

Formulate a quantitative research question and associated hypothesis.

For this assessment it is suggested that you build upon the work that you did in the Research Problem and Purpose Statements assessment.
The assessment has two distinct parts:
Part 1: Quantitative Research Question
Relevant Scoring Guide Criteria:
Formulate a quantitative research question and associated hypothesis.
Communicate in a manner that is scholarly, professional, and respectful of the diversity, dignity, and integrity of others and is consistent with expectations for health care professionals.
For this section, you will formulate a research question that is appropriate for a research project that will use quantitative methodologies.
Remember the HAC that you used in your Research Problem and Purpose Statements assessment. Additionally, your research question should align to the problem and purpose statements that you developed at that time.
Keep in mind that a well-written research question should be a single statement.
When examining or creating quantitative research questions, the following checklist may be useful:
Quantitative Research Question Checklist
Does the purpose statement fit logically with the problem statement? Are there similar words, or does it seem to address a different topic?
Based on the problem statement, do the research questions align with the method and design of the study? Do questions seek to describe responses to the

What are your areas of agreement/disagreement with the author’s message?

Book Review
After completing the book A Million Miles in A Thousand Years, you will write an 800-1000 word book review of the text. The first 1/3 of the paper will be a summary of sorts, where you will summarize the key themes and movements of the book. The final 2/3 of the paper will be a more personal, reflective response, which should include your engagement with these questions:
How did you experience this book (physically/emotionally/spiritually)?
What questions did it raise for you?
What did you find most compelling/stirring/significant?
What are your areas of agreement/disagreement with the author’s message?
How does the metaphor of “story” function in your own life? What story are you telling?
Submit your 800-1000 word book review here.
Include a word count at the end of your document.
