european history pape – dicuss topic with me

A research paper on Stalinism or Italian Fascism is a good idea. But I need someone to have specific questions to refine/narrow the approach. What is a major thesis question you want to know about either topic? What are 2-3 sub-topic questions you might want to know about either one? Reply back with ideas either about Stalinism or Italian fascism and that is basically the paper.

Savings, Stocks, Bonds, and Mutual Funds

Suppose you have received a tax refund in the amount of $2,000. While you are tempted to spend it immediately on the newest iPhone, a FitBit, and some new clothes, you have decided to be financially responsible and save the entire amount. How would you save or invest your money- in a savings account, stocks, bonds, or mutual funds? Or a combination of each? Why? In 3-4 paragraphs explain your choice. Be very specific. For example, if you choose to invest in stocks, why did you choose this? Which stock(s) will you invest in? Which type of stock will you buy? How many shares will you buy? How did you evaluate the stock’s potential?

The difference between chemical and physical/mechanical weathering.

Remind yourself of the definitions of chemical weathering and physical weathering (physical weathering is the same as mechanical weathering).

Look for an example of chemical or physical weathering around your house or at work, etc. This should be an everyday item, not necessarily a rock, though it could be. For example, if you have a granite counter top that is weathered (though highly unlikely given that when they are indoors they rarely weather), you could post a picture of that. What I am looking for is some everyday object, not a rock outside!

Take a picture of yourself with the item (“you” can just be your hand if you would rather) and post it with an explanation of your picture. Do NOT say if it is chemical or physical/mechanical weathering.

(SEE MY PHOTO ADDED)

Once you have posted, look at the postings of your fellow students and reply to one stating if their picture represents chemical or physical/mechanical weathering (or both). Please choose a post to reply to that has NOT yet had a reply posted. Spelling and grammar count, so be sure to proofread your post and replies.

An excellent post does the following:

contains a clear picture of “you” and the item showing some form of weathering
includes a description of your picture
contains a reply to another student’s post following the directions above

Misinformation Essay Assignment Sheet

So Now:
Your job for this paper is to construct an opinionated essay on the topic you chose. Keep in mind that you are not confined to the exact question(s) from that assignment, and that you probably should revise your topic based on what you learned in doing your annotated bib. The annotated bib should have put you in a position to know quite a bit more about your topic.
In other words, your initial question came when you had limited knowledge on your topic. Now that you know more, your opinions should be more complex and should reflect your expanded knowledge.
For instance, if your initial question was about whether social media plays a significant role in amplifying misinformation, your essay might take a position on whether or not companies like Facebook should have some legal responsibility for misinformation that appears on their platform.
To Start:
You should read “Constructing the Thesis ”( https://milnepublishing.geneseo.edu/writing-in-college-from-competence-to-excellence/chapter/constructing-the-thesis-and-argument-from-the-ground-up/ ) and “Intros and Outros ” in Guptill. ( https://milnepublishing.geneseo.edu/writing-in-college-from-competence-to-excellence/chapter/intros-and-outros/ )
After that, you should write and submit a three-story thesis. The “Constructing the Thesis” chapter has several examples. Please note that for this, you are only submitting the thesis, which will be several sentences long, but no longer.
The paper should follow the guidelines in Guptill for constructing an “organic college paper” not a “five-paragraph theme.” If the material in the book does not make sense, please reach out to me. I understand this is new for some people, and am happy to help.
Your paper should use (and properly cite) at least 4 sources. At least 1 of your sources should be scholarly. You can use the sources from your annotated bib, but you will likely want to expand beyond those sources. You may also use the assigned readings from the class in your paper, but they do not count towards your 4 sources! Also, remember that you are not limited to only written sources. Credible information can be found in many different formats, including documentaries, podcasts, interviews, and news programs.
The paper should use MLA format, including in-text citations and a properly formatted Works Cited page. The paper should be minimum 1000 words.
The Purdue OWL is a wonderful resource. Their materials for in-text citation can be found here . ( https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/mla_style/mla_formatting_and_style_guide/mla_in_text_citations_the_basics.html) And their materials for a works cited page can be found here . ( https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/mla_style/mla_formatting_and_style_guide/mla_sample_works_cited_page.html)
The paper should be written in first person. No plagiarism I will need a plagiarism check.

this section is very helpful and will convince investors to invest in your
concept.

Competition-Great list of direct

pricing. For round 2 you can now go into more detail as to why and how
they are your direct and indirect competitors. Keep in mind your

Music Final report

View the video above. The video is part of the Live Aid concert played in London in 1985. Freddie Mercury was the frontman for the band Queen and they performed “We are the champions” as part of their presentation on that day. You are expected to use the knowledge gained in class by reporting your opinion about the instruments used in the clip, the singer, how much do you know about the composer(s) (Queen) and the elements of the music of this clip. Please include at least 500 words in your report and be original. This is an OPINION report, please do not include facts direct from your sources. You are required to based the report on your own personal opinion.
Please submit the report properly by clicking on the external tool button at the end of the page. Please do not submit .pdf or Apple (.pages) files.
Please DO NOT attach your submission file in the Comment box. Please submit the report properly by clicking on the external tool button at the end of the page.
My recommendation is that you approach this assignment as a personal opinion on the song, the performer, the band and the emotions that it elicits in you personally. Your grade will depend on how well you use the musical terms used during the semester in class. Writing this report in the first person will assist you in staying away from similarities with any of the websites that you may or may have not visited.
As a teacher, i am most interested to know how much did you learned during the semester. So, pour all your knowledge into the paper and stay away from quoting the opinion of others.
Below are some suggested ideas for you to use. However, please DO NOT use them as questions to be answered. These are just some suggestions for you to think of as you develop your own report.
Is the melody easy to remember?
Can you hear more than one major theme in this work? If so, could you elaborate a bit
Is the harmony consonant or dissonant?
Does harmony determine how one perceives the music or it is determined by other elements? Please elaborate
Is the rhythm an important part of this piece?
What colors (emotions) you can describe as you listen to this movement?
Is the texture (the instruments used) rich or thin at some points? Please elaborate
Can you hear an underlying story about the music?
Can you hear a basic structure in this movement?
What is your personal opinion on this musical clip?
