We live in dynamic and ever-changing business environments, and workforce planning is extremely important in order to run successful companies.
In order to stay in business, some companies have had to downsize in the past few years, while others have had to grow.
 Pick a company of your choice (existing or created by you). You are the Head of HR for this company.
 In your paper, explain how you make your hiring decisions.
 Come up with your HR Strategy and ensure that it aligns with the company’s overall Strategic plans.

Option 2: Social Psychology Cinema
Many popular films focus on the concepts we discuss in class, many films you have likely seen but not through the lens of psychology. For this option you will watch a movie (choose from the list provided or ask me if you have another in mind) and analyze the film using the social psychology concepts we discussed in this and previous PODst (ingroup, outgroup, just-world phenomenon, aggression, prejudice, conformity, obedience, attraction, love, framing, misinformation, working memory, etc.).
Task:
1) First, watch the movie and make a list of the concepts from class you noticed
2) Then, revisit the parts you noticed the concepts in and discuss how they are depicted in the film (i.e. this scene represents antisocial relations like this..).
3) Your paper must include the appropriate terms, but you also need to define and connect the example in the movie to the concept. Finally, your paper also must include why you believe it is a correct example of that term.
Since this format has not been done before, everyone is eligible for this project.

Interview with an Older Adult and Comparison with Younger Adult preferably over 70.
Choose someone you can talk with two or three times: a family member, older friend, neighbor, a person in your community or religious organization, or a nursing home resident.
Ask them questions and encourage them to talk about their life on the subjects in our textbook (Which will be listed below).
