Create a written script for a podcast presentaion that includes introduction, clear purpose
and thesis, supporting points, and conclusion with criminaological theories and n you will select a specific group in Canada discussed in the course and identifya high-profile case or experience of that particular group with law enforcement in Canada. Experiential Learning Activity

In this essay I want you to describe what it is like working around Spanish-speaking individuals during a construction job. You work construction and speak English. This essay needs to be in first-person and attempt to come up/ make up different situations. The instructions are below.

1 Guidelines for Writing an Experiential Learning Essay. Experiential Learning contains four components: concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation.
2 When Writing about concrete experiences that led to Learning , it is helpful to ask yourself the following questions: What did I do? Where? When? For how long? Why? What was my role (as opposed to the others involved) ? How deeply was I involved? What techniques, methods, procedures did I employ? Why did I choose the ones I used? What were my goals and objectives? How did they influence my choices? What resources did I use? Can I get documentation to verify my experience? Summarize what occurred rather than giving a narrative account of what happened.
3 Section 2: Reflective Observation In the second stage of Writing about Experiential Learning , you step back from the experience to observe and reflect upon it. This might involve noticing similarities or differences, patterns or results of certain actions. Ask yourself: What were the reasons behind my behavior ? What was I thinking at the time? What trends and patterns are evident? What were the significant and unique components of the experience? What worked for me and what didn t? How has my behavior changed as the result of what I learned from the experience?
4 What conclusions can I reach as the result of my reflection? Section 3: Abstract Conceptualization Based on your observations and reflections about your experience, begin to generalize and form abstract concepts about it. Ask: What are the underlying principles for each of my 3 key concepts? What existing rules, laws, theories, and/or concepts from other sources support my understanding of my 3 key concepts? Can I articulate depth and breadth of understanding around each of my 3 key concepts? What examples from my concrete experience demonstrate this understanding?
5 Section 4: Active Experimentation In the fourth stage of the model, you will apply your newly discovered principles, testing the implications of the concepts in new situations. Ask yourself: How does my knowledge apply to other situations? How will I implement (have I implemented) my new knowledge? Have I tested my ideas or those of others? If not, what might I predict will happen? Why? Can I give specific examples of how I am using or would use the Learning around each of my 3 key concepts in a new setting? The testing or experimentation in the fourth stage leads to another concrete experience.
6 You cannot write an Essay to fulfill this requirement, if you do not have significant experience in the area you are Writing about.
7 All essays written for academic credit must be written in MLA style. 2 pages length

Senior Detective Role

It is at this stage that you arrive at the crime scene
For your project you are to assume the role of the senior detective. Using what you have learned from this course, you must conduct a thorough investigation of this event. You are required to document in great detail, each step you take. You may use any of the assets at your disposal (detectives, forensic unit, etc.). Your approach should be systematic, one step at a time. Evaluate each aspects of the case and determine what needs to be done. If you collect any evidence, give a detailed description of what it is, why it is important, how you collect it and what you do with it. If you interview any witnesses you must identify the witness (explain why you interviewed them) and list the questions you asked and why. You should try to identify any source that can help you put together the pieces of what happened and why. Explain what you did from the time of arrival until you released the crime scene. Finally, explain your theory on what happened, how it happened, and what actions you took to close the case.
Remember, this should be a very detailed account of your investigation. Your “report” must be typed, double-spaced. You may use whatever format you wish as long as it makes sense and I can understand it. I would suggest you write the whole paper in “chronological order” (in the order that you do things.) Just a suggestion but I find it easier for me to remember things. If you do a thorough job, this paper should be at least 3-5 pages in length.

Intimate relationships: Love, sex, and attachment

Directions for Final Case Study- An American Marriage (MUST READ OR HAVE READ THIS TEXT)!!!! I CAN ALSO PROVIDE THE COURSE MATERIAL (THEORY, CONCEPTS, PRINCIPLES, ETC) THAT IS BEING TAUGHT TO HELP GUIDE YOU WITH THIS PAPER. THE COURSE MATERIAL IS TAUGHT STRAIGHT FROM THE NOVEL INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP BY ROWLAND S. MILLER!
This assignment first involves reading the assigned novel. As you will discover the relationship of this couple is tested. The couple had resources to draw on at the time of their crisis. This assignment asks you to reflect on this relationship, using theory, concepts, and principles from the course material, and complete a case study. A case study is an in-depth analysis of a single person, couple, family, business, or society, depending upon the setting. Here, it will be an in-depth analysis of a couple. Your job will be to write the case study as if you are a professional helper working with couples and the couple from the novel you read is your client.

Section I of the case study is Background Information and Description of the Presenting Problem, that is, about a page or so in which you will present your client’s background. Include factors such as age, gender, work, health status, family background, goals and coping skills, weaknesses, and attachment history/style. Discuss how the individual’s place in society affects experiences, values, or choices If you are going to quote the book word for word, make sure you enclose the quote in quotation marks and cite the page (e.g. (p. 2)). Next, describe the problem or symptoms that the couple presented to you. In Section I, you will be graded on the quality and breadth of your description, and your creativity in describing the couple presenting the problem.

Section II of the assignment focuses on Your Diagnosis. Using theories and concepts we have studied in class, describe the issues that this couple is having. Where do the problems come from? How is each partner experiencing the problem? How did class theories and concepts help you as you made your diagnosis? As you analyze the couple’s relationship to make your diagnosis, weave theories and concepts from class with the story of the couple.
Section III of the assignment focuses on Intervention. Again, using theories and concepts we have studied in class, discuss how the couple weathered the problems they experienced. Many couples who experience stressful events find that their relationship suffers, even when the event is a positive one, such as the birth of a child. The events experienced in this novel were stressful for the couple. Did they keep their relationship going? How? What advice would you give to other couples who may be experiencing similar problems? Again, you will be graded on how well you synthesize the material from the course with the couple’s story from the novel. Style points will be awarded for well-written (i.e. organized, clearly supported arguments, each paragraph has a thesis statement or a clear purpose), grammatically correct papers.
Section I should be about 1-2 pages long, double-spaced. Sections II and III should be about 2 -3 pages long double-spaced, each. The font should be 12 points, and the margins should be 1 inch. THE PAPER MUST BE UPLOADED TO BLACKBOARD BY THE DATE IT IS DUE.
