Beloved By Toni Morrison/ Margaret Garner

I think most of us were horrified when reading about the story of Margaret Garner, a slave who would rather see her young children dead than be subjected to the tyranny of slavery. However, after reading Beloved by Toni Morrison, a novel based on Garner’s act, I think we could all understand how a mother could be driven to commit such a devasting act. Beloved is truly a work of art and, like all works of art, looking at it closely can make it more beautiful and profound. I would like you to write an essay in which you analyze Morrison’s writing to determine whether (for you) it was her characters, themes and/or the action in the novel that perhaps served to change your mind about the actions of a Margaret Garner. Please provide examples from the novel in your analysis. Your essay should use MLA Format and be at least two pages long.

There are six basic components associated with a performance management communication plan, which can be reviewed in Figure 7-1, in your textbook. These components may be helpful to review when crafting your presentation.
For this assignment, create a PowerPoint presentation for an organization of your choice, which is in the Middle East. Address the following core competencies required by the organization and explain how your organization defines each core competency, as well as how each core competency is measured and utilized by the organization:
Teamwork
Communication
Creativity
Quality Improvement
Attendance
Your presentation should meet the following structural requirements:
Presentation should be 10 slides in length, with a minimum of seven content slides in addition to one title slide, an agenda slide, and at least one reference slide.
Provide support for your statements with in-text citations from a minimum of four scholarly articles in the speaker’s notes as well as the reference slide. Two of these sources may be from the class readings, textbook, or lectures, but two must be external. The Saudi Digital Library is a good place to find these sources and should be your primary resource for conducting research.
Presentation notes are required for each slide and should be put in the speaker’s notes section to support the slide content. These can be part of the presentation or delivered as a separate document. PDF files will not be accepted.
For your video presentation, you will need to make sure to follow APA 7th edition and Saudi Electronic University writing standards. To be successful, you will need to support your statements with logic and argument and cite all sources references.
Please also be encouraged to submit your presentation to the Turnitin Originality Check prior to submitting it to your instructor for grading. If you are not sure about how to submit an assignment to the Originality Check tool, please review the Turnitin Originality Check Student Guide for more information. Please make sure to use professional themes and transitions in your presentation slide deck.
