After presenting evidence for my Thesis, I will consider TWO counterarguments: (You do NOT need to write out the counterarguments here) and I will offer refutations against these opposing claims.
Finally, I will draw some conclusions from my research and reiterate why my solution is the best solution…

As you notice, you will NEED to use at least FIVE sources in this Project 3–you should already have all your sources from Project, 2, but if you need more sources, all sources need to be Academic Journal type articles–best found through WSU LIBRARY search engines.
In using Quotations, be sure to introduce the Quotation (As Smith says in the article XYZ…..)…and explain what a Quotation means
Naming : Use an author’s full name and the full title of an article on the 1st time you mention that source….
In your Supporting Reasons, CounterArguments and Refutations, do not just give a quotation–But explain the argument, counterargument and refutation in your own words and use a quotation only to back up what YOU wrote.
Refutations do NOT require quotations–but you CAN use quotations if you wish–but you still need to refute in your own words.
Project 3 Essay : should be 7–10 pages
NOTE: THIS PROJECT 3 PAPER WILL BE SCREENED for PLAGIARISM using the CANVAS UNICHECK SOFTWARE–PLEASE REVIEW the SYLLABUS PLAGIARISM POLICY–Be SURE THAT ALL QUOTATIONS ARE FULLY CITED AND IN QUOTATION MARKS..and of course ALL YOUR WRITING MUST BE YOUR OWN ORIGINAL WORK.

Harvard Business Review Simulation and Journal
Overview
As the business in the simulation goes through various generations, it is faced with various external and internal factors that affect its business model in different ways. You may have also made decisions that affected the company’s business strategy including its value proposition, customer segments, revenue models, and other factors. In this journal, you will reflect on these factors and decisions and discuss how the business model changed across generations, and then determine the feasibility of these changes by running them through the BMC framework.
Prompt
In your journal, reflect on the different BMC segments, such as value propositions, channels, customer relationships, customer segments, revenue streams, key resources, activities, partnerships, and cost structure, and how they affected the decisions made in the simulation and consequently the company’s growth and direction.
In this journal, select two BMC segments to use in answering the following questions:
BMC segment changes: How have the selected BMC segments changed over the various generations?
The effect of decisions: How have your decisions affected the BMC segments?
Explore your decisions: How did you come to your decisions?
Assess your decisions: Do you believe you made the right decisions in the simulation? Why or why not?
Guidelines for Submission
Submit your journal as a 1- to 2-page Word document using 12-point Times New Roman, one-inch margins, and double spacing. Sources should be cited according to APA style.
In the fall of 2020 in the US we are facing a scenario somewhat like what Locke is describing where there is a confrontation between the legislative power and the executive power. Who decides such conflicts according to Locke?
On page 179 of Ch. 9, Smith has a subsection labeled “God-like Princes”. Reread this section carefully, and focus especially on the last part, the final four paragraphs of the subsection on page 183. In the fall of 2020 in the US we are facing a scenario somewhat like what Locke is describing where there is a confrontation between the legislative power and the executive power. Who decides such conflicts according to Locke? (hint: there is more than one answer to this). And how do they decide?
NB I wrote the original version of this question originally in the middle of August 2020. Interestingly my HJS students that semester answered it durring the week of the Presidential Election (Nov 3, 2020 = the election date).
SPSS SOFTWARE NEEDED
This assignment includes two problem sets that contain research scenarios and related questions.
• For each scenario, you will respond to a series of questions asking you to create and interpret either frequency tables, histograms, or bar charts. Paste your SPSS output directly into the homework underneath each relevant question. Type written answers into the document underneath the question to which they relate.

Analyze Richard Wright and his family situation Why can’t Richard’s family be supportive of him?
Option 2 Analyze Richard Wright and his family situation
Why can’t Richard’s family be supportive of him? What accounts for this dysfunction? Are they cruel to him, in your opinion? Can their behavior be justified, in your opinion? Discuss.
Richard seems not to fit in either the black world or the white. Why do you think this is? How does he see himself? What would be a perfect world for this young writer, if he could create it?
In the absence of a loving and supportive family, how does Richard learn about the world? How does he become so educated without such support? How does he develop a strong sense of self without role models?
#3 Compulsory discussion board work for all students What ingredients ensure success, even in a dystopian world?
Please go to the address below and read a short article by Professor Louis Gates on Madam CJ Walker.
https://www.pbs.org/wnet/african-americans-many-rivers-to-cross/history/100-amazing-facts/madam-walker-the-first-black-american-woman-to-be-a-self-made-millionaire/ (Links to an external site.)
What do you think motivated Madam Walker and Richard Wright to defy the odds and to go on with their incredible life journeys? What is it that each of these Americans had that sustained them through their tremendous struggles? Discuss what you think and what you know from your own lives.
What is the picture we see of life in the South after the catastrophe of the Civil War and its unfinished Reconstruction? How does this culture make it impossible for persons of color to achieve? Why are the white people in the South so afraid of those who are not white? What hinders progress toward equality and integration in this time and place?
Madam Walker’s story is another triumph of the spirit, and I encourage you to find out more about her and her influence during the Harlem Renaissance. She was a mover and a shaker of culture. Richard Wright presents us with a fractured and painful world that is awful to experience, even vicariously in print.
How does this book (Black Boy) belong in a course about the American Dream when it is the absolute American Nightmare? What does Madam Walker’s story, as she made her tremendous life changes, say about the human spirit in dark times?
