You are required to write an APA-style expository paper or a persuasive paper on one of the suggested topics in the Research Report Folder or a topic of your choice (ideally related to your program of study).

• An expository (also called explanatory) paper means to “exhibit” or “explain” what you have discovered about your topic. This kind of research paper requires you to explain an issue, event or trend, without making an overt argument for one or the other side.

Construct a paper that contains the following elements:

As a result of the accident, Little Jimmy O’Leary suffers serious injuries and a totaled car. In addition to severe brain injuries, Little Jimmy O’Leary loses all use of his right arm. Sally Johnson suffers no serious medical injuries, but her Fiat 500 suffers over $5,000 in damages. After recovering from his injuries, Little Jimmy O’Leary returns home to Alabama. Because Little Jimmy O’Leary cannot type with his right hand, he loses his job as a law clerk.

After you determine when such post-judgment pleadings should be filed, please draft the pleadings using examples from the textbook or the internet.
