Term papers should be approximately 7-9 pages (with no upper limit), double-spaced, 1 inch margins, 11 or 12 point type, plus a Bibliography that should consist of over 75% academic books and articles (i.e., keep newspapers, magazines, internet sources, etc. to a minimum). Papers should be well written, have a stated thesis or objective, a well-organized and articulated analysis of the issues and an argument for and against your thesis, and a conclusion. Research the interest group, Emily’s List (https://www.emilyslist.org/) and write a paper on their influence on political parties, candidates, and elections. Potential Questions: What do they do for candidates? How do they influence elections? What is their mission? What issues do they focus on?

What linkages, support, charitable contributions, nonprofit organizations, spinoffs, mergers, affiliates, etc. does the agency connect with?
Hello I need some research done find as much of this info as possible in your own words please
The agency’s existing nondiscrimination policy statements, mission statements, or other value statements relative to cultural diversity in the workplace, the community, the nation, or globally. Pay close attention to which groups in society are identified as protected from discrimination. Often, “sexual orientation” is not mentioned. Look into affirmative action plans, job descriiptions, recruitment, selection, testing, employee benefits, and firing (if this isn’t in the handbook, or they won’t let you see them ASK about these)
The agency’s legal position in terms of Title VII or other parts of the Civil Rights Act which they are required by law to do and/or not do, usually because of size, federal contracts, or number of employees. Does the agency regularly use I-9 verification procedures for immigrants, e.g., do they provide visa assistance, etc.?
The agency’s previous D and I training or workshops in terms of cultural awareness, human relations, communications, group dynamics, cross-functionality, TQM, cross-teaming, or whatever other buzzes, fads, fashions, or flops the agency administration has dealt out along with your opinion of their success. Has there been a train-the-trainers strategy to develop an internal core of materials and instructors? If this is not public knowledge then ask the question in the interviews.
Any complaints against the agency by employees, customers, visitors, etc., particularly any EEO complaints, levels of sexual or racial harassment, lawsuits, etc.
Review the atmosphere from the top down. Is there a climate of discrimination or hatred set by the top management? What examples have been set by previous top administrators? Has there been any news exposes, news stories, or bad press about the organization? What internal and external public images are there?
The agency’s community partnerships. What linkages, support, charitable contributions, nonprofit organizations, spinoffs, mergers, affiliates, etc. does the agency connect with? Is there a demonstrated pattern of support for minorities in the organization as well as in the community? Has there been a demographic profile made of the local community to sense the needs of the citizenry? Are employees allowed to speak out in newspapers, magazines, speaking engagements?
Write a paper describing a problem or need in financial services.
Write a paper describing a problem or need in financial services. Write it as if you were presenting to an audience to persuade them of the importance of the project. This could be a TED talk , a pitch to colleagues to start a project, a plea to donors or testimony to policymakers. Be passionate and have evidence.
The problem can be associated with any segment of finance or market. The problem can be economic, for example borrowing costs are too high, or otherwise, for example lack of individual privacy. Focus on the problem, not the possible technological solutions or any companies that are trying to solve the problem.

Instructions from syllabus below
Persuasive Paper
Each student will be expected to complete and submit a persuasive paper of 10 to 12 pages (not counting cover page, bibliography, etc.) in length on a topic and issue of his or her choosing related to some aspect of health care law. Selection of the topic and issue is due Week #2 and a rough draft should be submitted by Week #5. Do not make this aspect of the paper more difficult than it has to be. You can easily find items of current interest in a brief internet search or pulling up one of the many media websites. I can also suggest other places to get some ideas.
A word of advice: Before submitting either the rough draft or the final version of your paper, you should be sure to check spelling and grammar. MS Word has an integrated tool that is quite useful for this purpose. You are also encouraged to have somebody else read both versions of your paper in advance of turning it in. Clear written communication is imperative in the business world – and health care is no exception. Therefore, I am just as interested in your writing style, organization, and persuasiveness as I am in the topic and issue you choose. Your objective should be to present and discuss the issue, describe viable (and possibly competing) options to resolve it, and then convince the reader why one of those options (or one you come up with completely on your own) is the optimum choice.
Paper Presentation
Each student will have the opportunity to present the class and instructor with an overview and highlights of his or her persuasive paper. The presentation should be in PowerPoint format. A hard copy of the slide deck should be given to the instructor at least one day prior to the presentation. Presentations should be no longer than about 20 minutes in length (or we will never get through them all). Practice at least once ahead of time to gauge whether you will exceed the allotted time. The presentation and slides (formatting, language, etc.) should be of a professional nature. Plus, you should be prepared to answer questions from the instructor and other students. (Won’t that be fun?

[] And whoever disobeys Allah and His Apostle and goes beyond His limits, He will cause him to enter fire to abide in it, and he shall have an abasing chastisement. [] And as for those who are guilty of an indecency from among your women, call to witnesses against them four (witnesses) from among you; then if they bear witness confine them to the houses until death takes them away or Allah opens some way for them. [] And as for the two who are guilty of indecency from among you, give them both a punishment; then if they repent and amend, turn aside from them; surely Allah is Oft-returning[i] (to mercy), the Merciful.
