What are the main ancient sources that give us information on his life?

I need a paper written on Classical Greek mythology answering five questions. Below are the instructions:

——–
Please type all your answers (be sure to indicate the question number that you are answering). Grammar and spelling count. The correct answers to all questions can be found the following references. You must as in a research paper, cite the source for the information in your answers. An abbreviated format for your citations is fine (no need for formal footnotes or endnotes), just make sure your citations are clear, include the page numbers when applicable, and are traceable.

Hall, Dictionary of Subjects and Symbols in Art
The Oxford Classical Dictionary, 3rd Edition
Reid, The Oxford Guide to Classical Mythology in the Arts 1300-1900
Two online sources which are reliable (since Wikipedia can be uneven) are:

Short essays (paragraph length – no more than 5 pages total).

1) Who is Apelles? When did he live, where is he from, and what did he do? What are the main ancient sources that give us information on his life? A scene from his life is very popular in post-antique art. What is it? This is different from the ‘Calumn of Apelles’. Tell me about the history of his latter scene and who is the Renaissance artist best known for painting it?

2) Summarize the myth of Atalanta (sometimes Atalante). What are some of the main ancient written sources for the story/stories? Are any episodes particularly popular to depict in art? Identify at least two artistic examples naming the artist, and date and title of the artwork.

3) Watch Crash Course World Mythology #25: the Hero’s Journey and the Monomyth on Youtube ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XevCvCLdKCU ) and learn about Joseph Campbell’s Hero with A Thousand Faces. Pick a myth or story (from any source or any time period whether classical mythology or other mythological tradition or movie or story, etc.) and demonstrate how it fits into Campbell’s monomyth framework. You are welcome to consult other sources on Campbell if that is helpful, but the listed video is rather good (despite the bad or silly illustrations!)

4) What is a Sibyl? Why do they appear in such later Christian settings as the Sistine chapel? Tell me about Virgil’s fourth Eclogue: what is it and how is it significant in this context? What are the names and generally aceppted attributes of the final twelve sibyls? Why do they number 12?

5) After identifying the main characters in this painting [see attached image file], find out what the myth is and explain the circumstances and ancient source(s) for the scene. This scene might easily be confused with another one if we weren’t so terrific at reading iconography – what is it?
