Overview
Present the following findings to your chief executive officer based on the scenario from the first two assignments.
Scenario
As the vice president of operations, you have noticed that your organization’s current operations strategy is not supporting the challenges that the organization is presently facing. In order to maintain a competitive edge, you must address these challenges with your chief executive officer immediately.
Select an existing production organization. Analyze the organization’s current vision, mission, business strategy, operation strategy, supply chain, total quality management, just-in-time philosophy, forecasting method, statistical technique, facility location, work design, project life cycle, and project management.
Create a presentation in a common format (PowerPoint or a similar program) with a minimum of 20 slides and corresponding speaker notes in which you:
Determine which statistical technique you will employ to measure the quality characteristics of your organization. Provide examples to support the rationale.
Analyze the current facility location, then use the three-step procedure to determine a new location.
Analyze the key concepts related to capacity planning and facility location for the new location.
Examine the current work system design and determine your organization’s selected feasibility in the job design (i.e., technical, economic, behavioral). Assess key elements of the rationale in the work design competitive advantage.
Using the method analysis described in the textbook, defend the new change implementation process and the rationale for the change of method.
Develop a diagram showing network planning techniques using the program evaluation and review technique (PERT) and the critical path method (CPM).
Use three sources to support your writing. Choose sources that are credible, relevant, and appropriate. Cite each source listed on your source slide at least one time within your assignment. For help with research, writing, and citation, access the library or review library guides.

Utilizing knowledge from your learning and assigned readings, respond to the following questions:
How does mitosis differ from meiosis?

What activity during oocyte activation prevents penetration by additional sperm?
Outline the events that take place between exposure of the oocyte to spermatozoa and formation of the first blastomere pair.
List and briefly characterize the three trimesters of gestation.
Describe the events of embryonic development from conception until the fetal stage, including development of the primary germ layers.
List and describe the three stages of labor.

Professional Disclosure Statement
Imagine that you are in private practice and are developing your promotional media (e.g. website, pamphlets, social media pages). Draft a professional disclosure statement (1–2 paragraphs) that includes your worldview about the nature of people, how and why they do well or develop problems, and how counseling can assist them in working through challenges. Note that the ACA ethical code does not allow counselors to make any statements of guarantee—so be mindful about not including this in your statement! This statement should succinctly convey your personal model of counseling.

Though all the essays are research papers in some way, they are really to focus of the critical thinking component. In other words, you’re not reporting anything, you are exploring the process of things, why you think what you think, and how your thinking process happens.
The topic of this essay is on fallacies, and/or ads, and/or conspiracy theories. No restrictions on how you go about this.

If you get really caught, do it about several topics, like technology and something else. The main goal is to think about how you think about something. Really! Just go from one idea and follow it, explain how you got to the thought you have about it.
All the pieces it takes to have a thought, your specific thought, takes a lot of input from a lot of different sources throughout your life. You know these things and come up with thoughts in a flash. This class is to slow those down so you can look at and analyze the process of your thoughts. Thinking about thinking. Whoa. Have fun with this:) It’s like the ads. You see them in a different way (or so many of you wrote), and this is no different. Look at something in a new way. Look at it from different perspectives and write it down. MLA format, of course, but how you fill that format? Let it go wild!
This essay will be at least 1000 words (not including the work cited page) in its final form, MLA format, with at least 2 sources (work cited page not included in page count), Times New Roman, 12 point, double spaced.

Style: This assignment should be written as a thesis and support essay. If you are using citations, please use Chicago Style footnotes. Be sure to include your name and a title. However, you do not need a whole title page.

Prompt: The purpose of this essay is to have you analyze your first essay by using one or (at most) two of the critical tools we have discussed since you wrote your essay. We have discussed (1) liberation theology, (2) feminist theology, (3) black liberation theology, (4) disability theology, (5) queer theology, and (6) dangerous memories.

Your essay must accomplish the following:
1. Describe the language/themes from your first essay that you will be analyzing. Please use quotations and citations. (attached)
2. Briefly describe the type of theological analysis that you are going to be using. Be sure to show your work by using citations from the text.
3. Lastly, analyze the language of your first essay. Given the type of analysis you’ve chosen, what are the strengths and weaknesses of your first essay? Are there positions you would change? Are there new insights you would add?

Final Project Assignment: The final project will be a research paper related to (inspired by) any course materials. Your paper answering a specific research question should not attempt to address all of the course objectives or summarize the entire course. Students should skim through the syllabus and course texts to propose a specific research topic for approval from the instructors. This final project can be an individual or group assignment (group size not to exceed three people). If the paper is a group effort, all members of the group will be given the same grade, so careful attention to the editing and final product is necessary among all members. The content of your paper, not including cover page, annotated bibliography or works cited, should be 10-12 pages (graduate students: 14-16 pages), double-spaced, using APA research format with a minimum of 6 (graduate students: 10) sources (primary and/or secondary). Please include: a cover page, your annotated bibliography (at least 5 entries) and if needed, an additional works cited list (beyond your annotated bibliography). The topic and particular parts of the research paper is due according to the schedule in the syllabus.

Topic Proposal: The research topic for your individual or group paper needs instructor approval. Begin thinking about how you will frame the paper: define your central question, think about potential sources of data/research to evaluate your question. Submit at least 2-3 sentences explaining your proposed topic in the Module 2 dropbox on Canvas. If you are working in a group, only one student should submit the topic proposal and identify all team members.

Intro Paragraph: Please begin by pasting in last week’s topic proposal, with any necessary revisions. The intro paragraph is the first opportunity for you to articulate the research topic. Draft Final Paper: After each required submission, feedback is given. From this feedback, students will revise (if necessary) their input and develop a final draft of the research paper following the chosen research format and guidelines in this project description. Feedback is given for revision/inclusion in the final research paper.
