Delegation Paper: 125 points (5-7
pages):
A paper is required covering learning outcomes from the
clinical portion of the course. This paper must be a minimum of 5 pages long,
typed and double-spaced following APA format. A minimum of three peer-reviewed
journal references are required. See grading rubric. This
assignment must be submitted via Safe Assign. The student must include all of the following based on their clinical
experience.
General Information

Describe the facility and the nursing unit where the student was assigned
●
Review the mission statement and address the
statement in the paper
●
Make a notation of the code of ethics.
●
Identify the delivery model used to provide
nursing care (i.e. team nursing; primary
care, etc.).
B. Assessment

support of mission? Is there evidence
during patient care? Give examples of
both.

Manager – leadership style, describe his/her
problem-solving style and give an example including outcome of the decision. If not in direct contact with the
