Social Media Audit
35
Look at the social media for career services (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and list the number of followers, etc. similar to what you have done on your last audit.
A SWOT analysis: S – Strengths, W – Weaknesses, O – Opportunities, T – Threats
35
A SWOT analysis is a great tool to help you think clearly about all of this information. In a SWOT analysis, you take a hard look at your business and the competition to identify: S – Strengths, W – Weaknesses, O – Opportunities, T – Threats
The important thing to know is that strengths and weaknesses involve factors internal to your brand. Basically, these are things you’re doing right, and areas where you could stand to improve.
Opportunities and threats are based on external factors: things happening in your competitive environment that you need to be aware of
Strengths: List metrics for which your numbers are higher than the competition. What does your company do better than anyone else? What is your point of differentiation?
Weaknesses: List metrics for which your numbers are lagging behind the competition. These are areas you’ll want to focus on improving. Keep in mind that you could have both strengths and weaknesses for each social network. For example, maybe your Facebook follower count is higher than your competitors, but they have better follower growth. Or maybe you have fewer Instagram followers but higher engagement. Get quite specific here, because these distinctions will help you identify your opportunities and threats.
Opportunities: Now that you can see at a glance where you stand compared to the competition, you can identify potential opportunities to take advantage of. These opportunities might be areas where you think you could improve compared to your competition based on information you’ve already gathered, or they could be based on anticipated or recent changes in the social media world.
Threats: Like opportunities, threats come from outside your organization. To get a keen sense of upcoming threats, take a good look at numbers related to growth, or anything that signifies change over time. For example, a competitor that is small but has a high follower growth rate might present a bigger threat that a large competitor with stagnant growth. Who are the competitors and what are they also doing on social media?
Social Media Objectives

S.M.A.R.T goals.
Online Brand Persona and Voice
25
Who is the customer? This one is easier because it will also be the in-store retail customer. Develop a Persona for each of the three top segments. There should be no more than 5 personas, and a minimum of 3.
Who are the 2 primary customers? Remember the tree, HUFUs, and the personas. YOU MUST INCLUDE A DETAILED PERSONA FOR EACH CUSTOMER!!! We will spend a lot of time on this in our zoom and it should be in the final project!
What Social Channels are these customers on that makes the most sense to focus on?
Strategies and Tools
20
Define what your strategic goals are and the tactics for achieving those goals.
Timing and Key Dates
5
What is the timing for your goals and create a sample social media plan? How often should you post on each platform and what will you be posting?
Social Media Policy
25
What is your brand voice on social media? Do you allow customers to use foul language, or do you block them or remove the post if it is not family friendly? This varies by brand. What goes for Wendy’s would be a no-go for Chick-fil-A.
Critical Response Plan
5
What happens if someone get sick, hurt or here is a wild idea- there is a PANDEMIC (Never going to happen, right?!)
Measurement and Reporting Results
25
How do you measure success? There are lectures that talk just about measuring digital marketing and social media. Make sure you look through those and decide what will work best for your strategy.
What is the Social Strategy for the brand and how are they measured? I will give you three goals in our zoom meeting! How do we measure those three goals?
One on One Meeting Objectives
50
Did you incorporate elements from our one-on-one meeting, including:
What should the messaging be for the customers who are easiest to reach (bottom of the tree from our one-on-one)?
What are the right places to advertise to your target customers?
Goal>Customer>Persona>Where to Advertise/Social Channel>Content Curation>Measurement (Brand Awareness, Conversion and Engagement)
Remember the Pyramid, Customer Tree, Venn Diagram and how each of those metrics are obtained.

Describe your activity in detail. You can add pictures to illustrate your description, if you like.

Overview
For the week 8 reflection, you will develop an activity for a 4-year-old who is stuck inside at home due to COVID-19 and a lot of rainy weather. The activity should help support the child’s physical development. You will also use the Washington State Guidelines and the Yogman article as evidence to explain the benefits of your activity.
First:
Imagine you have a 4-year-old who has been stuck in the house for weeks.
Second:
Review the Yogman2018.pdf article and pages 74-75 of the WA State Guidelines (Ages 4 and 5, Touching Seeing, Hearing, Moving Around and Growing Up Healthy)
Third:
Think of an activity you could do indoors with this child that fosters physical development and encourages play. Feel free to use games or activities you enjoyed as a child. You can also get creative!
Fourth:
Write a reflection that addresses the following prompts.
Describe your activity in detail. You can add pictures to illustrate your description, if you like.
Explain how your activity supports physical development. Use evidence from pages 74-75 of the WA State Guidelines (Ages 4 and 5, Touching, seeing, hearing, & moving around, and Growing up healthy) to support your thinking. For example, you might say something like, “The WA State Guidelines say to ‘Give your child opportunities for in-place movement, such as bend- ing, twisting, stretching and balancing’ (p. 74). This supports my idea of doing basic yoga poses with the 4 -year-old because…” Be specific in making connections between the bullet points in the Guidelines and your activity.
Explain how your activity encourages play as defined by Yogman.
Actions
You should quote the Yogman article (see page 2 if you’re looking for a good quote). Is your activity playful as Yogman described? Is it playful in a different way? Is your activity designed for a different purpose than play?
Your response should:
Your response should be at least a page long (without pictures). Please do not go over 5 pages.
Use quotes from the reading (both the WA Guidelines and the Yogman article) as evidence to support your thinking when asked to do so.
Unpack quotes in your own words

Digital Forensics Report

S In this assignment you will create a title page, executive summary, and acquisition details. Bear in mind that you will be making a lot of this up–this exercise is to test your ability to create a report from a scenario.
Remember, you need headers and good formatting. Turn in a Word or PDF file. The title page should have some sort of graphics to enhance its presentation. The scenario follows.
Case Scenario
You are an examiner with a federal agency that investigates allegations of national security violations. You receive an examination request from a case agent who is investigating a potential violation of corporate espionage occurring at a defense contractor.
The case agent gives you a compact disc and asks that you examine the compact disc for any data that may be present on the CD. The agent asks that you write a comprehensive report detailing your findings.
Due to operational compartmentalization you are not provided any further information.
There are no privacy issues or examination limitations.

The Discpline Project

As
a way of practicing this, I’m asking that you examine a scholarly article in
your discipline and rewrite it for a public audience. As you begin work on this
assignment, it’s important to remember some key details. First, remember the
concepts explored in “Understanding Genres.” Keep the rhetorical situation in
mind as you rewrite – though you may be adapting the scholarly source for a new
audience, the purpose should not change. It’s also important to be mindful of
the elements of the genre: style, design, and sources. The next thing to
remember is that while you are expected to write in an academic style for this
paper, you can still utilize first-person pronouns (I, me, my). This won’t
always be the case in the class, but feel free to do so here. Lastly, I want
you to remember that you can always reach out to me if you’re struggling with
this assignment (or any assignment in the future). I’m here to help you grow as
a writer, and I want to do everything I can to help that happen.
Now,
as far as the content of the paper: you can rewrite your chosen scholarly
source in whatever way you’d like! The sample attached in Blackboard is
rewritten as a press release, and you’re welcome to mirror this approach, but
you should also feel free to be creative. As long as you keep in mind the
rhetorical situation and elements of the new genre, you can rewrite the piece
in any format of your choosing. If you look at the sample, you’ll also noticed
that the student has included a Reflective Analysis section at the end. You’ll
also be expected to do so and to address the same questions and content.

Thus,
the final paper should include:

A recreation or “genre translation”
of your chosen scholarly article (minimum of 500 words)

consumer activism

Assignment Discussion #8 Consumer Activism – Photovoice
No unread replies.
No replies.
This week you learned about consumer activism and some of the ways that consumers may choose to speak up about their rights regarding health, safety, equity and a host of other concerns. Your final project in this class will be a modified Photovoice project. I say modified because you will not include members of a population in your study; you will be taking the photos that are used in your presentation. See assignment details here: Photovoice assignment.
For this week’s discussion, I want you to share 3 specific Consumer Health issues that you are considering for the final assignment. Explain why they are of interest to you and how you might go about presenting your photos. This is your opportunity to seek feedback from your peers regarding your ideas and you don’t have to do the final project on any of the ideas that you propose in this discussion. This should be the start of your planning for the final assignment, so you have plenty of time to complete the Photovoice as well as the essay regarding how you produced it.
TIPS FOR ALL DISCUSSION POSTS:
DUE DATES: Your original discussion post (4 pts.) is due by 11:59, End of Day (EOD) Friday and at least one response to another student’s post (1 pt.) is due before EOD on the following Sunday. I encourage you to embrace these discussions as an opportunity to get to know each other as peers, explore new or conflicting ideas, and further define your own point of view through explanation and sharing.
LENGTH: Minimum 300 words.
FORMAT: Use headings or paragraphs to organize your response to the discussion prompts.
CONTENT: Share your opinion, but always remember to use non biased evidence to back up your argument. Please be sure to utilize weekly readings/information as evidence to support your discussion posts and use APA formatted citations within the text and at the end of your post as a reference list. If you need assistance or a refresher on APA formatting, there are materials in the Resources Module to help you.
ACADEMIC STANDARD: Use this opportunity to practice science based writing and academic tone (avoid overly casual tone, slang, or rhetoric/jargon. Successful students prepare often their post in a document and use spelling/proofing aids such as Advanced Proofing in Word, or Grammarly to make sure their work is grammatically correct and mostly error free before pasting into the Canvas discussion. (This habit also helps to protects against computer errors that cause students to lose their work before the discussion is posted.)

Topic : writing down about your experience(project), and explain about how and why you are related to evaluation and analysis in Samsung Electronics?

I have experience in teaming up and participating in Track 1 of the 2020 Samsung Card Data Analysis Contest. The project’s goal was to create a model to predict customers who will use online franchises next month based on customer information data using online franchises last month, and further find marketing strategies to increase the utilization rate of online franchises. We used Pandas, one of Python’s libraries, and chose Random Forest Classifier as our machine learning model. With the aim of establishing marketing strategies to induce customers who are not using franchises, we divided them into “customers who use franchises” and “unused customers” in the data preprocessing process, oversampled to increase modeling accuracy expectations, and trained with the aforementioned machine learning model. However, the model’s prediction accuracy was lower than expected, and it seems that it was eliminated due to such poor performance. The limitation of the production model was that it was not possible to analyze the characteristics of each category because the columns of the data given in the contest were not explicit, and I would like to learn the specific direction of how to analyze the data when it is de-identified

Write lab report based on patient’s condition

Do a lab report using the information listed in case study 1. More information will be provided in the files.
The information in case study 1 will give you the background information for the report. For the report, you will use the questions and answers listed in the case of study one as your results. The methods used for the lab report are the steps that you took to find the answers.

Article Review On Intervention with Patient with Pneumonia

What is the main idea that the article is communicating?
How useful or applicable is the article?
How does the article compare with other current interventions and evidence based practice?
What is your assessment of the article?

A piece of fiction or creative non-fiction

PAPER
(Feel free to make up your own paper question: these are just suggestions and ideas. A piece of fiction or creative non-fiction is also acceptable)
Some regard true crime writing as as valid as any other kind of literature; others regard it as lurid trash. What are your feelings about the genre? Give examples in your response.
Write a paper on the relationship between true crime and fairy tales, using specific examples.
Write a paper tracing and interpreting a criminal case that has been made into a documentary. Suggest some of the reasons this case has been transmitted and spread, and describe the process leading up to the film.
Write a paper that analyzes the role of women in relation to true crime.
Choose two examples of true crime writing and discuss the differences and similarities between these manifestations.
If you write a paper, it should be a minimum of four pages in length, typed, with full bibliographic citations. Points will be awarded for a carefully structured argument, creative thought, the appropriate use of secondary sources, evidence of careful research, original ideas, and accuracy in spelling and grammar. Points will be deducted for loose structure, lack of careful thinking, a poorly structured argument, bad writing, lack of research, and inaccuracies in spelling and grammar.
