Post Card from the future

Assignment 1: Postcard From the Future (Paper)

For this assignment, we ask that you consider your nursing practice at a point in the future – say 5 or 10 years from now. What would the practice environment look like at that time in terms of information and communication technologies? Which of the information and communication technologies that you have explored in this course would you like to see in practice at that time and why?
In this short paper you should:
Identify an information and communication technology that you envision being used in the future. What is the technology and how will it be used?
Describe the impact to client care associated with the technology? How will it improve quality of care? Strengthen patient safety?
Discuss actions required for the successful integration of this technology into nursing practice. What education or training is required to use the technology correctly?

Ethical Issue and Global Action

Discussion Question
Prepare for your discussion by completing your readings and viewings. Then respond to the following:

o Choose an ethical issue that you believe requires immediate global action (slavery, hunger, etc.), and explain why you chose this topic. Please share three specific, practical ways the average citizen can contribute to a solution.

o Is this an issue for which you might either sign a petition or create one? You can visit a site, such as change.org (Links to an external site.) or an alternate site, to locate a list of featured, popular or recent petitions. Share with the class a link to this petition.

Clinical Field Experience B: Pre-Assessment Implementation

Allocate at least 4 hours in the field to support this field experience.

Outside of classroom hours, share the pre-assessment you developed in Topic 1 with your mentor teacher. Revise your pre-assessment based on feedback from your mentor teacher and arrange a time to administer the pre-assessment to a small group of students during your field experience. After you have administered the pre-assessment, discuss the results with your mentor teacher.

Use any remaining field experience hours to assist the teacher in providing instruction and support to the class.

Following your field experience, write a 250-500 word reflection on your pre-assessment implementation and results. In your reflection, consider the following questions:

1. Did the implementation go as you had planned? What adjustments did you have to make?
2. How did you identify and address accommodation needs during your pre-assessment?
3. What do the results of the pre-assessment show?
4. Based on pre-assessment data , what interventions and next steps do you believe the small group needs? Justify your response.
5. How did you ensure that you were implementing ethical and responsible assessment practices when gathering and analyzing the data? How will this ensure you are meeting the needs of all students?

Pre- Assessment teacher comment:

Creating pre-assessments is important and they need to be connected to specific standards. Please look over your assignment again and choose two standards and two pre-assessments that would match with the unit that you are creating.

I need a video on Pre-Assessment Implementation in any grade from Kindergarden to 3rd grade just one grade and can be more then one to add up to 4 hours in total. I like youtube because its the best one to use.

Please review the following list of helpful resources and links to sites where students can access supplemental videos or experiences for practicum/field experience hours: (Can be more than one in one grade level of kindergarten to 3rd grade.) All videos must be in the same grade chosen.

•Teacher Tube: https://www.teachertube.com/
•YouTube (search for teaching and lesson videos to supplement):https://www.youtube.com/
•The Teaching Channel: https://www.teachingchannel.com/
•ASCD: Professional Learning & Community for Educators: http://www.ascd.org/Default.aspx
•Edutopia: https://www.edutopia.org/
•The Teachers Network: http://www.teachersnetwork.org/

These alternative settings (Videos) must align with the placement requirements for the course.

Annotated Bibliography Economic Data

Annotated
Bibliography Assignment Overview
– 5 annotated entries 150 words each
Topic -Value of economic data on business decisions.

In
preparation for writing each of your Discussions, you should submit your Annotated
Bibliography Assignment on the topic that is being covered for the week
(Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Management, Economic Data Analysis,
International Business).
An
annotated bibliography is a list of sources (books, journals, Web sites,
periodicals, etc.) one has used for researching a topic (Annotated
Bibliographies, 2020).
For
all sources used in your Discussion you should:
Provide
an APA formatted Citation (this should look like what you would
include in a normal reference section.
Summarize
the source
and discuss the research study that was conducted and what the findings
were.
Assess the source and discuss how
useful it is and how it compares with other sources in your paper.
Reflect
on how the
source will be useful to you in your discussion. How does it help to shape
your argument and how are you using it to shape your writing?
Each
annotation should look like:

Author
(year). Title of article. Title of
Journal, Vol no(issue). Pg to pg.

In
your summary, you will begin with a discussion of the research question the
study is attempting to answer. You will summarize the research that was
conducted and the specific findings that were uncovered. You will then provide
a summary of what this means for the topic.
Next,
you will discuss how the source compares with other sources in your paper and
how useful is the source in attributing to your writing.
Finally,
you will discuss how the source is useful in your discussion. You will need to
be specific on why it is important to use and exactly how you will use it in
your writing to shape your arguments.

policy process in healthcare

Read Public Health Policy: Problems and Solutions from University of Nevada, Reno. Pay attention to the links below the article.
Pick any policy addressing public health issues in the USA (remember, it is not always a healthcare policy). Make sure to explain why you chose that specific policy to discuss.
Use Policy Translation Tools and Products to assess the chosen policy. Answer the Framing Questions relevant to the policy you chose. Considering that the policy you analyze is already implemented (or is planned for implementation), offer an insight on “Feasibility: Likelihood that the policy can be successfully adopted and implemented”. Make sure to read the text defining below the table to guide you in your answer.
Offer evidence supporting your insight on the Feasibility. If you cannot find the evidence, offer specific measures to collect data for and to assess this policy feasibility.

information technology systems for healthcare

Imagine that you are the Director of Health Information for a large hospital. As Director, you sit on various institution-wide committees which govern the organization’s policies. You have seen issues arise that cause you to propose changes in policies, procedures and operations across the hospital. Therefore, you have decided
to create a proposal to the CEO and Board of Directors, which you will develop in collaboration with committee teams. Please follow the instructions below in completion of this assignment.
