The goal of this assignment is for you to incorporate what you have learned in this course about differential diagnoses and pathophysiology and apply the information to a case study of your choice. You may pick a family member, or a client from your practice setting experiencing a disease process and discuss the pathophysiology with data to support both differential and primary diagnoses. Please maintain patient confidentiality. Use your pathophysiology textbook and textbook on differential diagnoses to complete this assignment. Present the patient via a SOAP note whereby: S = Subjective data, O = Objective data, A = Assessment (diagnoses) and P = Plan. The grading rubric for the case study is included in this syllabus. Include evidence (e.g., clinical practice guidelines) for ruling in or out differential diagnoses and choosing a primary or final diagnosis. Include patient education, anticipatory guidance, and recommendations for appropriate follow-up. The management plan will be based on evidenced-based data or recommendations consistent with best practice guidelines. Recommendations from the Cochrane Database, National Guideline Clearinghouse, Clinical Guidelines and Evidence Reports from the AHRQ or a similar source should be used as evidence that the recommendations being presented represent the standard of care for the condition or disease that you are writing about.
Use 7th ed. APA format for the cover page, running head, page numbering, in-text citations and the reference list. Otherwise, the paper will be written and typed as you would write a comprehensive SOAP note. You will need to cite from at least four (4) peer reviewed references published within the past five years outside of course textbooks. The paper should be a minimum of 5 pages, excluding the title page and references. Final Project: Students will be required to write a paper that will focus on an analysis of an organizational problem. The organizational problem should be viewed as a gap between the expectations for organizational performance and actual organizational performance. It should be one that reoccurs, that seems to defy a permanent solution and that poses issues that are difficult to discuss openly and honestly, and has a social justice/equity dimension.The paper should present an accumulation of thought about how the frames intertwine when addressing the issue. This paper should discuss students’ perceptions of the implication of the frames for educational leaders seeking greater equity for all students, families, and communities. The paper must include a review of literature section, beyond that required for the course by adding 2-4 additional sources that address the equity dimensions of the problem of practice (PoP), and demonstrate their pertinence to the issue being addressed in the paper. In each case, the student will identify articles in order to approach the task in a scholarly manner. All document headings, formats, citations, and references MUST be in APA style. If you do not already own the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (6th ed), you
need to get one or understand how to use on-line APA resources very well. (I recommend OWL sponsored by Purdue University). Graduate coursework will consistently have APA accuracy as an expectation.

Porter Gale Corporation is a publicly-traded company. You are completing an audit at their headquarters and will conduct a test of controls over revenue recognition using attributes sampling. You will use the results as part of the evidence on which to base your opinion on internal controls and to determine what substantive auditing procedures you should perform on revenue and accounts receivable. 1. All sales over $10,000 must be approved by the sales manager by initialing the customer’s order.
