You are the safety manager for a company that produces widgets in the state of Kentucky. Your business has a solid reputation and is growing and looking to expand to Texas and Georgia in the next few years. The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) wants a better understanding of what insurance coverage they need to have for workers’ compensation moving forward in these three states.

You have partnered with the workers’ compensation manager, and you want to give the SLT a feel for how much money they have spent the past few years and what they should consider for future workers’ compensation insurance coverage. Using information you have learned thus far in the course, make a proposal to the SLT on items they should consider, based on fairly hard facts. Do this by using the OSHA “Safety Pays” Program.

Last year, your company had 12 sprains, four cases of carpal tunnel syndrome, one crushing incident, and the loss of vision for three employees. Your company also has a 6.7% profit margin. Your company pays the first $100,000 aggregate for each category of injuries, and then the insurance company pays the rest.

Use the data displayed above, create slides that discuss the following:
-Discuss how many compensable injuries happened last year. Explain how many incidents and how much and what could happen if the workforce doubled
– Estimate the total direct costs, indirect costs, and the amount of sales of widgets that are needed to cover the total cost of all of the accidents

-Determine if the employer would need any other extra insurance (insurance that would cover a workplace accident not covered by workers’ co mpensation) or if they should they just pay out of pocket.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
The Friendly Insurance company wishes to rewrite their insurance quote request program and needs a flowchart and pseudocode for their new algorithm. The rules used to process the orders are listed below:
●Two types of insurance are available for quote, Home and Auto.
o Auto insurance price per year are as follows:

o Home insurance cost is based on owning or renting

The class is built around identifying major themes of the Old Testament. In an essay format, select a theme discussed in class and explain its significance to the biblical text and provide an application to contemporary life. Chapter One: Overview
This section should be no more than one page. The section has five elements: A topic sentence, definition of terms with an in-text reference, statistics that show the significance of the topic as well as statistics on its impact on any particular population and a problem statement. Everyone will end the paper with, “This paper will discuss the history and treatment / application of [your topic inserted here]
Chapter Two: Review of Literature. This section will discuss the history / evolution of the assigned topic. This section should be no more than one page but no more than three pages.

Chapter Three: Treatment. What is the treatment or how is the treatment applied or performed? This should be no more than two pages.

Chapter Four: Interview
Chapter Five: Summary and Discussion. This section should have three paragraphs. The first paragraph is a restatement of what had been discussed. The second paragraph is a statement of what you think is the more important takeaway from your research. The third paragraph is your recommendation to others concerning your topic. This section should be no more than one page.

Answer the following questions based on your reading. Your written responses should be at least 400
words total (note the minimum for each question as well). Number your responses, but do not restate
the question. Provide a list of outside resources that you used to help you complete the assignment,
but do not include that list in the word count. Each question is worth 12 points, and you should bring a
