SAP Project Report Requirement and Grading Rubric
Project Report Requirements:
Report File Format: your report should be a SINGLE file saved as a PDF (failing to conform may result in up to 5 points penalty)
Cover Page: you should include a cover page with the project name, your name, and most importantly: your username, such as learn-007. (failing to include your username may result in up to 5 points of penalty)
Please make sure to change the “###” in the instruction to your assigned identifier (the 3-digit number in your username).
Must have appropriate titles and subtitles (You can refer to the instructions for the numbering, for example, 1.1.3. creating a new customer), if the screenshots are not self-explanatory, you need a short description.
Except for log on and the menu path, you need to take one screenshot for each screen before moving to the next screen and if the next screen contains information regarding the newly created document number, you need also to take one more screenshot. Make sure your screenshots have good resolution that I can see the text/number in your screenshots.
Write down all outcomes: whenever you have created a new document (you will see the message at the left-hand side of the bottom of your GUI screen), you need to copy and paste the document number into your report. For example, if the message showing that “documents number 900000247 has been created” and you know you have created a goods issued document, you need to put a note after the screenshot picture: Good issued document number 900000247. It is very important for the grading and is also very important for your future reference in the following steps.
Please only submit your report vie attaching your PDF file (please click the project link on blackboard to attach file) from the blackboard. Email submissions or paper submissions are not accepted.
End of the project challenge: every project has a challenge section in the end. This step is not required.
Grading Rubric:
Grading will be based on both the quality of your report and the records you generated in the SAP server. If you finished certain tasks without appropriately documenting them in your report, your grade may be affected. On the other hand, if I cannot find the correct record in the system your grade will be reduced accordingly. If you submit a report with other people’s work, it will be considered as cheating and you will receive zero point for the project.
Make sure you ONLY use the username assigned for this course, using wrong username to log in or using the wrong username in your project, you may receive up to 20 points of penalty.
Grace period will be given after the due day. However, late submission will be reduced by 2 points (out of 100) per day of tardiness (a few hours’ late usually is fine). Submission more than two-weeks’ past due will not be accepted.

This assignment is not for a beginner about behavioral, learning models, and conditioning

BACKGROUND
Imagine you are the new general manager coming into a hotel, resort, or accommodation setting such as a cruise ship. The aim of this paper is for you to examine two ethical issues in certain departments of the chosen hotel, resort, or cruise ship. The purpose is to describe two ethical issues in one department, or across departments, and why they are important to address. You will then assess each issue using ethical frameworks, concepts, and perspectives of your choice from the readings.
Keep in mind the key terms, ethical culture, ethical programs, and ethical climate. For each issue, you will provide a recommendation as to how to resolve the issue from a management perspective. These ethical issues can be small or large and can involve interactions with guests, other staff, the community, or with the organization and culture itself.

DETAILS

Guidelines
Base answers on the readings and not just the lecture notes.
You must discuss at least two philosophers in your reflection, identifying them by name.
Quote and cite the readings properly to support what you say about the philosophers.
Look for arguments. Write about arguments. Show that you understand not just what the philosophers believe but the reasons they give us for believing it.
If you use any secondary sources, cite them properly. I recommend that you not use secondary sources at all, and that if you do, you use only the Internet Encyclopedia of Philosophy, Sparknotes or the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy.
Do not lowball the assignment. Less than 2 pages is not enough. Do not try to get by with only writing about the earliest or easiest readings (typically, lowballers pick Taylor and Wolff) and ignoring the more difficult and interesting philosophers we read through the weeks after.
We have read and discussed several different philosophical perspectives on the meaning of life. Voluntarists like Taylor and James claim that satisfying our needs and desires is what makes life meaningful. Hedonists like Epicurus advise us to live the pleasant life, by seeking pleasure in moderation and avoiding pain. Perfectionists claim that meaning in life comes from being excellent or doing things that are objectively valuable (good whether or not we desire to do them or feel pleasure from doing them.) Some perfectionists like Aristotle, claim that we can know how to be excellent by considering human nature. Some like Aquinas, claim that to have a fully meaningful (and the best possible) life we must also know God in the afterlife. Your task is not summarizing these many different views, but evaluating and selecting the views that have most influenced your own thinking. Breaking the Mold: Changing Course and Challenging Convention
Artists continually create new ideas and challenge convention that then become recognizable dance
genres. This process continually turns over as later generations form and present their own ideas. Ballet
often deals with controversial topics such as relationships, passions, sexuality, but also political or other
social issues that address the people. These controversies that occur an art can be perceived differently
depending on the political situation and the country development, as well as the setting of an individual ́s
morality.
Artists offer their own unique perspectives and important ideas that provide a vehicle for social change
that transcends words. For this assignment, you will select a ballet selection (list provided) and respond
with a professional paper. Please note the percentage for each heading to understand the grading of the
paper.
DIRECTIONS
1. Introductory Paragraph (10%)
 Write an introductory paragraph that introduces your research in an engaging way. Make sure and
include the dance titles (should be italicized), the choreographer’s names, the composer’s name,
date premiered, and the date of performance you viewed.
 After you refer to the choreographer(s) by their full name, you can then refer to them by last name
only. It sounds more professional.
 Avoid statements like “I will be discussing…” or “For this assignment…”. This is redundant.
2. Describe (Body paragraphs) (30%)
 Use clear and detailed movement description to analyze & describe what you are seeing (please
avoid dance terminology). Avoid the words ‘movement,’ ‘moved,’ and ‘danced,’ for they convey
little detail. Think about how they are moving and the actions of the movement (i.e. the dancers
transitioned through space and altered their spatial formations by running swiftly and rolling on
the ground).
 For every descriptive action word (run, kick, leap, turn, fall, release, reach, etc.) there
should be a corresponding descriptor (quickly, swiftly, slowly, easily, freely, urgently, fully,
etc.).
 Note: Do not describe the entire dance. Rather, richly describe the pivotal moments in the dance
that support your ideas.
 How do the costumes, music, lighting, and performance play into the presentation of this
choreography?
3. Interpret/Make Connections (30%)
 Based on your readings, research, class lectures and discussions, what style of ballet is this?
 Which elements of the classical ballet tradition does the ballet work disregard?
 Which elements of the classical ballet tradition does the ballet work embrace?
 How do the elements that you observed and described lead you to a conclusion (or an educated
guess) about the meaning of this choreography?
 Avoid evaluative statements (“I thought this piece was great because…” or “I didn’t like this piece
because…”).
5. Concluding Paragraph (5%)
 Summarize the main points from the paper and leave the reader with a final impression.
